Tri-Lakes Dentistry - Hot Springs

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Teale for over 7 years now. He and his staff have become like family to us. We appreciate how he explains why and how he is going to do a procedure before he actually does it. This puts us at ease knowing what to expect. He is gentle and attentive while working on us. His staff is always friendly and ready with beautiful smiles. Our wait time to see him has always been less than 10 minutes. We appreciate them and all the hard work they put in to provide excellent customer service.

Wonderful practice. Everyone makes you feel welcome and remembers you after the first visit. Whitney is an awesome hygienist. Dr Matt is a great dentist (plus he was a really cute little boy!)

Amazing staff! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they are so helpful and very friendly!! Dr. Clark is amazing as well. He goes over everything in depth and explains it all so you understand it!! This dental office gets 5 stars!!

After not being to the dentist in over 15 years due to fear i couldn't avoid it when one of my childhood fillings finally failed, and forced me to the dentist to find out that i was in need of a crown. I was petrified. but Doctor Teal and his team have the best bedside (chair side)manner and the gentlest hands in the game. they made me feel so comfortable I've had a few fillings and just had periodontal descaling done and it was a breeze.

simply the best !! Dr. Delee and his staff are quick to respond and take care of any dental problems...even helped me after hours on the weekend. if your fortunate to under his care you won't regret it.....

Returning for my follow up treatment. Very impressed.

Upon pulling up for the first time today I noticed the property and lawn was well maintained, lush and inviting and clean. The building was in great condition and I liked the foyer waiting area with comfortable seating and ample reading material, plus a large TV showing various dental procedures. The receptionist was very prompt and welcoming. Every patient who walked out of the office was smiling and seemed happy. I did not have to wait too long and upon walking into the back area for my examine and cleaning, noticed how clean and well maintained everything was. The equipment they used to X-ray my head was new to me and showed that they have top-notch technology. The female who did my second set of X-rays was very gentle, talked to me before each step and the chair was very comfortable. Each room had a large window that looked out upon green lawn and various bird feeders and shrubbery which was really calming, plus I had the option to watch TV. The cleaning and polishing didn’t take too long and like the other employee, this hygienist was very friendly and communicated each step with me before proceeding. The Xrays were available on screen so the doctor could show me areas of concern and the image quality was amazing. Overall I was very impressed on many a level with Tri-Lakes Dentistry, their knowledgeable and kind staff and the level of service they provided. I’m glad my family has found this business and look forward to a long working relationship with my four children, wife and I.

I was terrified of going to the dentist and having cavities filled. Dr Teale and his associates treated me with kindness, and competency. They indicated that they understood my fear and took every measure to alleviate it. The cavities were filled with no pain, as well as encouragement from Dr. Teale and his dental assistant. I would strongly recommend them and am now much less fearful of going to the dentist....or at least going to Try-Lakes Dentistry!

My husband loved this dentist. He has needed to have some work done for a while but has been putting off going. He felt comfortable and the dentist and the staff were very friendly. They said he has several options and plan on going over all options with us next week. He's looking forward to his new smile. Highly recommend Tri-Lakes Dentistry!

Everyone is always super friendly, and kind. They're very gentle and in the many years I've been there never seen a kid cry or leave upset. Definitely recommend them.
