I have always had severe anxiety issues when it comes to anything dental. Cooper Family Dental is the first place I have ever felt relaxed and truly at ease, and this is all due to their amazing staff.
When your appt is at 11, you can count on being called back in a timely manner. I was in my seat and talking with Whittney by 10:59 yesterday morning. You can tell she enjoys her job and had such a positive attitude and good spirits, you can't help but be in good spirits too! People tend to answer questions differently when it is a topic they are passionate about, and this is absolutely what I saw yesterday during my appointment. Thank you so much!!

Had a student of the procedure do an impression and it failed, then there came a second person that attempted the procedure then since neither persons were successful a third person came in and repeated the procedure she was supposed to be the expert she jammed the device into a tender spot in the back of my mouth my gums was in considerable pain during the procedure. I had to ask the second and third time to have my mouth cleaned of the residue. Finally asking to be allowed to rinse my mouth. Finally given cups and allowed to go to the sink.

I have gone to Cooper Family Dentistry for well over a decade.The service is always excellent. Whitney is my Hygenist now. She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. With all the patients she sees, she can remember what we were talking about the previous visit. Cooper Family Dentistry is pretty awesome. I don’t even live in Jacksonville anymore, but I have no desire to move to another dental office. They treat patients well here.
