Always feel welcome and the staff is really nice. They always explain everything and take care of you. Love this place!! A friend referred me and my family 3 years ago and couldn’t have found a better place.

Great people! Great experience! I am a nervous person when it comes to dentistry. They where ALL very nice and very patient with me, my daughter, and my husband. My other two children will be going here as well! Finally found an awesome dentist for the whole family!

I had my cleaning done today and the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. No pain and no cavities, woohoo!!!! Dr. Wright was great too. He made me feel completely comfortable. Also, the office staff couldn't have been any nicer, I will definitely go back!

Don't come here if you have anxiety. My fiance specifically came here because she called ahead to see if they would be willing to work with an anxious patient and they said yes. Come her first actual procedure, she's on the gas for a minute before being removed off the gas (without a single word about why) because Dr. Wright won't work with an anxious patient. Then, without ever seeing him, we are told by two different members of staff that he won't do it and gave two more expensive options to send us to elsewhere.

This would all be more acceptable if it wasn't for the fact that when we finally got him in to talk to us personally, he was angry and defensive about our genuine complaints and confusion, literally using phrases like "if you don't like it, it's too bad" and "this is my office". Clearly, with the 25 years experience he has (which he made sure to remind us of), he is insecure about his practice and skill while also being incapable of a professional demeanor and a decent sense of tact.

I'm now in pain every day. They lied to me, took advantage of me for my insurance, did a terrible job, and have forced me to hurt every day and not be able to eat correctly. About 6 months ago I had a wisdom tooth that was coming in and it was very painful. Dr Wright's office got me in within a few hours and prescribed me antibiotics and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. Great. They also told me I needed two very small fillings and scheduled me to come back. Upon returning I was very nervous, I'm always nervous going to the dentist, they then told me I needed two crowns (which I knew, but porcelain crowns are expensive and I've been saving for those and other cosmetic work I need) and that they could give me a silver one. I told them I didn't want a silver one, but they told me I needed it and my insurance would cover it and no one would see it since it was the back of my mouth. I trusted their judgment and agreed to let them do it. BIG MISTAKE. The crown didn't fit right. I can't chew on that side of my mouth, still 6 months later. It's constantly inflamed. I went to another dentist and they said there was a TON of cement under my gums and in between my teeth. He also told me I needed to replace this crown ASAP because it didn't fit correctly. IT HURTS EVERY DAY AND I CAN'T EVEN EAT NORMALLY ANY MORE. And yes, I did return to Dr Wright first. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I would get used to it. ALSO. I have a flipper due to a front tooth being knocked out in an accident (what i'm saving for) and they told me they wouldn't have to adjust it or anything. Well, it barely fits in my mouth and if I do get this crown fixed, I have to pay for another flipper. So, long story short. Awful place.

I go here for my cleanings and they are always kind, efficient, and affordable! I am set up to get braces with them next month, they have the best price for braces in town and I have heard nothing but good things from people that I know that have had their braces/work done here!

Wright's Family Dentistry has been the best to me. I've had braces, root canals done, and also fillings done with them. Never any issues with them. Everyone is so polite to me and they know you by name if your one of the usuals. If I every miss or if I am late they call to get me in later. I feel that I have the best Dentist/Dentistry in Jonesboro.

I am in total distress about this place and God knows my heart is full. I was refused treatment by Dr. Wright this morning, I have no clue why but my fiancé wanted to speak with me before the treatment proceed. I cried like a baby because of the pain I was in due to a really bad tooth that needed to be extracted plus a Professional doctor refused me treatment right before he was about to perform. He was very unprofessional and very inconsiderate to leave me hanging like that for nothing. I will not refer ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DENTISTRY. BAD FOR BUSINESS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I KNOW MY RIGHTS AND THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. Will be contacting legal experts ASAP

Been taking my son to Dr. Wright for years, he has done his braces and all and has a beautiful smile at 17. Excellent work with little children to teens.
