the worst dentist, don't waste your time or money at this particular dentist office. I was scheduled to see them as my government office had outsourced my care to a private dentist out in town. I showed up thinking I was going to get a bridge put in, and then the dental tech came back and told me they were no longer working with the VA. Mind you I was originally supposed to see them for a tooth that was in bad shape over 4 months ago and when I was finally able to make it they told me they no longer work for with the VA this was after they had already taken x-rays for me

I first meet Dr. Wright in 2005. Excellent service always stopped by for a quick chat even if it was just a cleaning. Relocation and job changes caused me to change dentist till I retired in 2021. When I returned to Dr. Wright in 2021 it was for a new flipper. His assistant handling my treatment was ok but not Dr. Wright. No problem there and we finally got a flipper I could live with. Last month the front tooth broke off and I was seen by an intern who said the flipper would be replaced at no cost to me. The kind of treatment Dr. Wright is known for. However after the cast was taken it all became sort of like I wasn’t a paying customer so just wait. When my flipper was due back the intern informed me my case could not be found but she would let me know. Several days passed no contact. I phoned for an update and was told it would be a few days. When I went to have my flipper fitted it was a nightmare experience even for me an old retired person on Medicare. Could now hardly get this monstrosity of a thing in my mouth. The intern insisted and with some grinding and pushing finally we got it to fit somewhat. None of my reluctance seemed to matter. Even though it was painful to do and once inserted just flopped around I told her all was fine just let me up and left. Not once, not once did the dentist speak with me or make any attempt to see how it was going. With regrets I am again leaving Dr. Wright. I don’t think he is aware of this treatment on one of his customers. Maybe this will help someone when deciding on this dentist.
Well it has been right at 4 weeks since I left a review of my visit to the dentist. The day after posting my review I contacted Dr. Wright’s office and explained how unhappy I was with my flipper and overall visit. The receptionist was most understanding and helpful. She set me up with an appointment the very next day. Was ready to switch dentist, didn’t expect much would go better. To my surprise every effort possible was made to correct any issue with my flipper and visit. The dentist and I decided on new impressions and detail instructions to lab. Picked up my new flipper today and felt like I was in the old office of Dr. Wright. My flipper was excellent and the dentist spoke with me to make sure all my concerns had been taken care of. I am pleased to say I am once again a very happy patient of Dr. Wright’s service. This should serve to remind us that a little communication can fix it.

Dr. Wright and his staff are the most caring and compassionate dentist and staff I have ever had! They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother and make her comfortable in her failing health situation! I have lived in 8 different communities and used a dentist in all of them. Dr. Wright is by far the best dentist of the many I have used!

Dr. Haught and staff were wonderful. They were able to get me in same day for an extraction. There was no trying to talk me into any other services like with other dentist I have been to within the last year. I will definitely be back to Wright dentistry.

Update: Same wonderful and attentive staff, HOWEVER, not at all impressed with the lack of sharing of information. Namely not letting me know that my insurance was “out-of-network” I found this out by receiving a bill for $378.
This is an act of transacting business in bad faith. Make sure you ask not if they take your insurance it if the office is IN NETWORK. Big difference.
For caring and attentive doctors and super hygienists and amazing staff this is where you want all your family to be the taken cared for. The amount of care and consideration they show towards their patients is amazing. This place is the best place I’ve been to in a very long while.
I have two special needs children and another with severe anxiety and every person showed consideration to each child‘s abilities. Thanks y’all for giving us your best!

I will start buy saying Dr. Wright is awesome, the office is very clean and they do great work. My complaint is strictly on their billing practices. I have been going to Dr. Wrights office for two years, I have never once had to pay out of pocket for cleanings. Today we are told we need to pay 70 dollars because they are in-network with “0” insurance companies. I am retired military and use military insurance, I have never paid for a cleaning out of pocket. I assure you I would of cancelled my family’s appointment and moved to another dentist that was in network if this had been communicated. With all of the dentist in the area, there is no need to pay nearly 100 dollars Out of pocket w/ insurance for a cleaning.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to!! Both the staff and Dr. Wright eased my fears and made me feel comfortable and welcome! My kids loved the staff and were completely comfortable at their checkup! I would recommend Dr. Wright and Dr. Tores to anyone looking for a dentist!!!
