As always everyone is so friendly and helpful. With this world of COVID19 I felt totally at ease with all the precautions they took. Mary is awesome and always points out when I have done a good job of keeping my teeth and gums healthy. She is the great. Dr. Burton has always had a very caring nature about his exams which makes you feel he is sincerely concerned about keeping your teeth healthy, especially as we age. Thanks to the entire group!!!! They are truly the best!!!

Wish I could give 100 stars! Our family - 3 generations - have been patients of Dr. Burton’s and Cantrell Family Dental for 30+ years and absolutely love them all! They are always helpful, friendly and want you to be completely comfortable with any dental work you may need. Before going to Dr. Burton, I was anxious about having my teeth worked on because of previous bad experiences. I have no anxiety now - even with having needed some pretty extensive work done. They are the very best in Little Rock in our family’s book.

My appointment was at 3:00. I got there early. I didn't mind waiting because I got there early. But it's about 5 minutes after 3 and a gentleman comes in talking to the receptionist as if he knows them personally asking what was she doing at work. Which I didn't mind. That wasn't my business. But after they finished conversating they tell him to come to the back. Now this is where the problem comes in. I go to the desk, ask how much longer before I get seen. She tells me that the man was there and left. I was there at 2:30. He didn't leave while I was in the lobby. But any who, then she tells me that my appointment is at 3:00 as if that's justifiable as to take him on to the back. I politely told her that I know what time my appointment is. But yes I do feel like it was favoritism. And for that reason, I Carey White will be going elsewhere.
