The staff is very kind and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They will check in while they are working on your mouth and the days following any procedure. I had gone several years without dental work and the team worked to space out all the work I needed. I am thankful for everything they caught and getting my teeth and mouth back on track.

Completely incompetent. After they tried to sell my family on every possible money making treatment, I went in to have fillings replaced. First on the left side, then on the right 2 weeks later. On the left she slipped doing the back tooth and destroyed my gums. 2 weeks later on the right, she does the 2 fillings, then starts drilling a tooth on the left side. WITHOUT NUMBING! It was made clear to me they were doing different sides for each visit, and reiterated that day when I arrived and when getting numbed on the right for dental work on that side. "Oh I'm sorry" is what I got for my troubles.
We cancelled all of our appointments, and will never go back. As a Doctor you are held to a higher standard, and that was unacceptable.

I have been going to Dr Hubbs now for a couple of years. I was amazed at her equipment and beautiful office. Every person I have dealt with from Claire, Kelly, Shonna and Iris (who deals with the insurance) have been well trained and very friendly. Dr. Hubbs takes such care to keep one from experiencing any discomfort! I have had several crowns with no pain! I feel this group of folks have become my friends.

Patient has been coming here for years. And he absolutely loves his dentist and wouldn't change clinics. They are very welcoming with a great atmospheric waiting room and the nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to everything looking for a great dentist in bentonville.
