Dr. Milch and her staff have been beyond excellent. I came to them earlier in the year with a lot of work that needed to be done. They are friendly, professional and thorough with their work and it shows. Going to the dentist is never fun but with Dr. Milch and the entire staff at her office I never dread going there.
I had a really bad experience with Dr. Stanley Muenter and was very weary about go to see another dentist. I was referred to Dr. Milch by Dr. Scott Marcum, who is also amazing, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Milch and her staff. They will take care of you and make you feel good about your dental health. Two thumbs waaaay up.

I didn't really want to go to the dentist but a toothache was becoming unbearable and I needed help. In this time of pandemic and social distancing I was instructed to email a photo of my tooth to the office. Within an hour I got a call back saying the Dr. reviewed the photo and would need to do a physical exam and an appointment was set immediately. Within an hour or so I was met at my car outside the dental office by a technician and was asked to complete the usual new patient paperwork. Twenty minutes later I was in the chair getting x-rays done. Shortly thereafter Dr. Milch was asking me about my symptoms and told me the tooth would need to be extracted. She indicated they would ordinarily refer me to another practitioner for such an extraction but she recognized my need for pain relief and fit me into her schedule. A local anesthetic was used and about ten minutes later..voila...no pain! I am very happy with the result and I'm very happy with the service. Dr. Milch and her staff were very pleasant to deal with and I appreciate that they politely laughed at my corny jokes. It was a great experience.

Had my first visit today (6/4/19). Great experience the whole time I was there. Andrea was so nice doing the xrays, going over my info and digital pics. Toni was great with my cleaning and gave me a gadget that should help with cleaning below the gum line between my back teeth. Dr. Milch was very nice and didn't push any procedures that I should get done. I couldn't get anything costly done at this time and she just told me to prioritize one item and anything else could be done down the road. Front desk ladies were great as well.

Dr. Milch and her whole team are wonderful! I just started as a new patient and they quickly got me in the office the next day to fix a lost filling. I was made comfortable and they were so kind. I recently switched to Brightwood Dental, due to recommendation/location and my insurance. From the first time I walked into the office, I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone in the office is very welcoming. Dr. Milch is great! I had a few cavities she had filled within an hour from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out. I highly recommend making the move to Brightwood.
