Brightwood Dental - Charlotte Milch, DDS

Everyone is great - from the front desk to the dental assistants to Charlotte Milch, DDS . My husband and I live in Los Osos and it is well worth the drive to Atascadero to have this kind of service!

I don’t like the dentist at all. I am very grateful for Megan the hygienist who is always very kind, bubbly and so patient. She even offers sunglasses for your cleaning so I don’t have to look straight into the bright dental light. Dr Charlotte was very professional and will make sure you’re taken care of.

One of the dentists at Brightwood is Dr. Charlotte Milch. She is very thorough and explains procedures and answers questions taking her time with you. I had an issue and she saw me immediately, even before a new patient visit to address the immediate problem. My appointments have been timely, and not long waits at all. My hygienist, Meagan is incredibly knowledgeable, and does an amazing job cleaning, explaining, and reassures you if your doing OK during procedures. The office staff has been kind and very helpful with all my needs. I told Dr. Milch today, she has a great staff and that's what can make or break an office. A+ from me.

I was referred to Dr. Milch by my sister quite a long time ago. Didn't act on changing dentists until recently. Should have made the move way before now. Great team of front and back office staff. Thorough exam and cleaning. Super friendly, clean office. What more can I say. Don't hesitate to change dentists like I did!

I had a "Deep Periodontal Cleaning" by Terri on May 31st. I was very impressed by her Expertise, Professionalism and Gentleness. The injections were painless, and I suffered no residual pain when the medication wore off.
To my delight, I was able to eat a full and normal dinner. Thank You Terri and the Brightwood Dental practice. A great choice for "Dental Cowards" like me!

I had my first appointment at Brightwood Dental and all I can say is wow! Everyone in their office is SO friendly and kind. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with the treatments I received. I’m so happy to have found this office and look forward to my next visit.

I recommend Brightwood dental to anyone who is looking for a good dental place to get work done. I been getting alot of work done for a few years now and never had a single complaint. Very professional staff and caring. Don't waste anytime going to anyone else. You won't be disappointed at Brightwood dental. I personally won't go anywhere else. I been to alot of dental care facilities. And none are as good as Brightwood.

Who says “I had a great time at the dentist” ? Usually, no one. However, that’s what I am saying after my first visit to Brightwood Dental! The facility is easy to find, clean, and the staff is super friendly. My appointment was a breeze. Dr. Miltch has great technology that makes the appointment more interactive, and so much easier to understand. Everyone genuinely listened to my concerns and took extra care with my sensitivities. I wish i could clone Dr. Miltch, her office, and staff so everyone could enjoy the dentist a little bit more.

Dr. Charlotte Milch has been great. I’ve had several old fillings replaced and she did a great job. The staff is all friendly and my hygienist is great too. 5 stars from me.

I went in for my second cleaning. Staff are professional and personable. Meagan, the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth, was very careful and made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. Thank you!
