Brightwood Dental - Charlotte Milch, DDS

I cannot even begin to explain how great all my visits have been to this dental provider. From routine cleanings to major dental services, the entire staff upholds upmost customer service standards and they take the FEAR out of going to the dentist. I actually really enjoy my visits and look forward to coming in! I had another visit today to correct some cosmetic defects to my upper and lower front teeth I've had since I can remember. I have been extremely self conscious about my smile because of these issues. I cannot believe this short, non invasive procedure corrected my issues and gave me back the confidence to smile I haven't had in YEARS! I left the office feeling hopeful, and no longer felt hopeless. Thank you Dr. Milch and the rest of the staff at Brightwood Dental for all you do!

Great experience today! Filled out all those boring forms online in the comfort of my own home; showed up for my appointment and I was taken to a exam room within 5 minutes. Front office and back office staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Milch was really nice and easy to talk to and got me dialed in on a plan. Everything was really easy. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

Just super impressed. I have been to a few dentist offices and this one by far, is the best. The staff is super friendly and the attention to detail and how they make you feel in a “scary” situation is relaxing and calming.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. The staff five stars, the atmosphere five stars, the ability to work with my schedule five stars, and they really leave you feeling like they actually care about you. Highly Recommend!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Brightwood dental. Not only are the girls completely professional , but everything that you need done is absolutely reasonable. I can’t say the same for copp dental. Thank you charlotte, Meagan and the rest of the girls. See you soon, Richard

Had a bad experience. I have been a patient for 5 years and because BW is out of my network I had to pay up front 100% for my cleaning. I would be reimbursed after my insurance paid. This was $385!!. I said " no way". I vowed then to change dentist's. I stayed with BW out of loyalty even knowing I would pay more but this was over the top. I knew my new dentist would do an exam and x-rays so I skipped those. This got my cost down to $211 which I paid. Thanks to not being in network, I sacrificed my health by forgoing x rays and an exam. I also had an
abscessed tooth 3 weeks ago. I called with an emergency and had to wait 1 week to see the doctor. Only took 10 min to refer me for root canal. Also prescribed pain and antibiotic pills. Again, I am a good and established patient and should not be treated like this. Front office has a lot to do with this. They need flexibility to rules for long and good patients. I may need a $1000 crown after my root canal and the front office chased this business to another dentist. Is this any way to run a successful practice???

My visit to the office was a pleasant visit. The staff is professional , friendly, and knowledgeable. My time spent in the waiting room was short. The service was explained to me so that I understood what service I was going to receive. I walked out with a smile on my face. Job well done!

1st time in, staff seem to be great, so was doctor Martinez And assistant. I am looking forward to cleaning.

Hygienist and Dr were very nice and professional. I was super humiliated by the front desk discussing my past due balance and payment arrangements loudly for other patients to hear. Very unprofessional.
