After 30 years of absolutely being petrified of going to the Dentist!!!!! I finally broke down and HAD to go, so after calling numerous friends for recommendations not one by three said go to the rock dentist!! So I went in today. Kattie at the front desk wow she was amazing she actually help calm me down because I was extremely nervous sitting in the waiting area she explained everything that was going to happen today x-rays And teeth cleaning only if i was Comfortable. After building up the courage to go back to do my x-rays I was introduce to Jeannine!!!! She was so sweet she could totally tell that I was nervous so she started up some conversation. us talking totally calmed me down She explained my procedures and said just lift my left hand if i wanted to stop, she was a gem!! So then the doc comes in with his crazy blonde hair and I was thinking to myself oh wow here we go!! He was absolutely amazing talked me through everything Gentle hands between Dr. Herrera and Jeannine I got through a full teeth cleaning and two fillings on two different cavities like a piece of cake they talked the whole time keeping up conversation Jeannine kept asking if I was doing OK!! If i needed breaks everything was amazing I was even ready to do the next step that I needed but they said no no no let’s take a break and come back another time to finish up. After my procedures Kattie explained everything to me I was recommended to a orthodontist to have my wisdom teeth pulled she told me how the pricing would work what would be covered in full detail and a breakdown of what i would need. They are absolutely amazing at that place I recommend them 100%

So the first impression so Rock Doc was..."man this place is awesome!!" Right away my fear went away and I felt relaxed. The front desk girl was really sweet and helpful with my insurance questions. I had made an appointment so I just filled my paper work and they took my in right away. SUPER FAST! When I was in the back they made me feel comfortable and help me ease my anxiety (I don't like dentists). But what I like the most was the fact they were clear with what I needed to get done and do not try to hassle me about some other unnecessary work ( has happened to me before). That already made me like them because it's obviously not all about the money for them. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff! Totally recommend!!

I recently went to this dentistry and they are amazing!! The staff are all amazing and so nice they make you feel like your hanging out with friends the music is amazing and the Dr.Renee is so amazing at his craft I had to front fillings done on my teeth and my teeth look soo good ! 😊 the secretary in front is awesome and she helps you so quickly and is so efficient she really tries her best to make sure that you are taken care of. The X-ray techs had me laughing the whole time when usually it’s daunting I wish I could give more stars and it’s super clean in this facility that’s really important considering we are in a pandemic.

One incredible experience at Rock Doc. From the moment you walk in and see a wonderful picture of Tom Petty on the wall. The entire staff is friendly. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They go over every step to let you know whats going on. Plus they play Rock and Roll while you are there. I strongly suggest paying Rock Doc Dentistry a visit. And if you are wondering if we are related, NO.. its just a great Dentist with a caring staff.

I absolutely love RockDoc Dentistry. Their staff is amazing! I NEVER have long wait times. This office runs in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My son is 24, and travels from Calabasas, to come to Bakersfield to see Dr. Herrera. I have always had wonderful results from Dr. Herrera’s work, he is gentle, kind and super good to me and his patients. I send all my friends and family to Rock Doc Dentistry.

I absolutely LOVE the ROCK DOC! I have gone to countless dentists searching for a pain-free experience. Something about my nerve system has left every dentists unable to sufficiently numb me. My last dentist actually wrote on my charts, "Alien nerve system. Patient not of this world"... Like that was supposed to make me feel better. lol When I was lucky enough to find Dr. Herrera, it was amazing. I have had several procedures, including root canals, over the last eight years. Every procedure has been pain-free. The added benefit of a wonderful, friendly staff and great music playing all the time, I'm a patient for life. Oh, and by the way, I am happy to make the 2-hour drive from Hermosa Beach!

I am beyond grateful for the high level of care that I receive from Dr. Herrera and his entire staff. Not only are they all consistently professional ( I've been probably 5 times in the last few months ) but Dr. Herrera and his team of hygienists are very skilled at their craft. I was terrified of the dentist, and now I am not. They have sweet spirits and gentle hands. I highly recommend this office for all of your needs. Thank you Dr. Herrera and crew!! YOU ROCK! <3

I recommend Dr. Herrera ! He explained to me what was best in my interest . I explained to him I was nervous about my extractions and he referred me to the oral surgeon . The wait was too long for the oral surgeon so I decided to go back . His staff was very understanding and helpful. I didn't feel a thing for my extraction the procedure was painless and recovery is going well . He has very gentle hands .I'm so glad I went back and got it over with . Very thankful for Dr.Herrera and his staff! I have been with them for a few months now and everytime I go back i have a good experience. I've never had a problem what so ever with Dr. Herreras work . As a matter of fact I am so thankful to them because they helped get my molar crown approved. They go out of thier way to help you and it's really hard to find a dentist office like that. I hope they always stay that way . Good Job to all the staff and Dr. Herrera as well . I've always hated dentist appoinments & all but i am beyond grateful to Dr.H and All his wonderful staff . I am no longer afraid of dentist haha.
