Very welcoming, courteous and communicative. Each team member makes you feel welcome and greets you with a smile. Dr. Towson couldn’t be nicer and extremely informative, paying close attention to conveying all the details that need to be addressed. Connects with you before diving Into dentistry, providing that personal touch in making you feel as comfortable as possible which is cool considering dentist office environment is not a favourite place to be by most! All staff are wonderful and extremely thorough as well. Meticulously maintained environment in a professional yet lighthearted, fun atmosphere especially if Dr. Towson breaks out in song whilst moving in to the next patient 🤣👍🏻🤩

From the moment you walk in the reception staff is warm, friendly and responsive and often greet you by name. The office is clean and comfortable. The hygienists are all amazing; professional, friendly and helpful in keeping you relaxed when you’re nervous. I greatly appreciate that Janelle is gentle and reassuring. Dr Ackerman and Dr Towson are compassionate, excellent and very comforting. Going to the dentist has always been nerve wracking for me but thanks to this office, I’m happy to return consistently every 6 months!
