My dental hygienist Eileen was nice, personable and very gentle which is important to me! The office staff is also very friendly and I was greeted with a very warm reception. ALWAYS EXCELLENT! This is far and away the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and makes sure you know the costs of procedures before they are done. Dr. Ackerman is THEE BEST! Period. They are always on time. I’ve been a patient here for at least a few years now. I have only need fillings done twice in that time, my other visits are cleanings. I see Dr. Towson and man what a breath of fresh air compared to other dentists I’ve seen over my life. He’s super friendly and amazingly efficient. It’s incredible! All the staff from the front desk to the RDAs and hygienists are superb. I don’t have anything negative to say about this practice. A thousand times I’d recommend. I’ve already sent many family members to this office because of how great it is!

My visit was great! I had many years of negative experiences with different dentists. Ackerman and Townsend had a completely different vibe from the first visit. This week I had a tooth crack and they were able to get me in quickly. My tooth was fixed and they even looked better than before the chip. I was in and out within an hour! All were helpful and kind!
