The doctor was very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. He took the time to go through my xrays with me and helped me understand his recommendations. Quite impressive bc I have never understood how the xrays are interpreted. He explained the treatment course and did a good job with the cleaning. I look forward to going back. And would highly recommend Ackerman to anyone.

Dr. Ackerman was the first dentist I've ever had to spend time with me going over my xrays. He went over keeping my bones strong to the importance of
cleaning my teeth as I flossed to keep both my teeth and gums healthy.
The hygienist Norma was amazing she was professional and sweet. She gave me the best deep cleaning and reminded me the importance of flossing every day. I highly recommend her when you visit.
The front desk person Melissia was very kind she made me feel very comfortable to be at the dentist.

As usual, when you need your dentist in an “emergency situation”, these guys are always responsive. Thank you for always accommodate last minute appointments when needed. Also, the staff is always very friendly and the quality of service A+.

The reception area is still in COVID-cautious-mode. They take the utmost precautions to ensure all is safe.
My hygienist took great care in the cleaning process and made sure to give me a progress report on my at-home management.
I will certainly return for my oral hygiene health-care.

Overall my experience was surprisingly good. I suffer from high anxiety and don’t normally do well at the dentist. Hence when I was told I had a fractured tooth that had to be extracted, I had major concerns. However Dr Towson made me feel at ease right off the bat. He first acknowledged my fear and walked me through the entire process. By managing my expectations, it helped me play out what will happen in my head. True enough it was a painless experience. He put me in a state of conscious sedation so when I woke up , it was done. There was no chance for a panic attack. To me that was fantastic!

Dr. Ackerman was able to see me right away when my regular dentist was not available. His staff was friendly and professional. They all made me feel as if I was already a patient in the office. He is amazing and I will be changing dentist and bringing my entire family there.

The friendly atmosphere of the front desk staff was very welcoming. The care given to me as an individual is unmatched. I also really appreciate the way Dr. Towson explains things so thoroughly and empathetically. The video allowing me to view what is going on in the procedure is also a great touch. This has to be one of the best practices around.
