Remember “customer service”? I love these ladies. The doctors and the assistants teach me/show me what they’re doing as they work. They answer all my questions, they make insurance and payment options clear and easy to understand BEFORE I choose the work i need done. They do such great work and I feel well taken care of. I looked for a while to find a dental home after moving to Contra Costa County. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Had a cleaning scheduled for February 22nd. The front desk was courteous and the office was clean and airy. Joy, my hygienist, was friendly, thorough and explained every thing she was doing. I have been to many dentists over the years and around four in Brentwood alone. This is hands down my favorite place for a cleaning.

I have been coming here since 2009. This is my first review. The front office staff is great to work with. Always pleasant and helpful to answer any questions that I may have about billing.
I have had Ally as my hygienist since I started. She is absolutely amazing. I would see no one else (traumatized as a kid with the dentist). Ally went out on vacation and then medical leave. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had already gone over my 6 months.
I had an appointment with Tina and told her that I was a big baby - she said they updated me on everything. Yeah, they all know me. Haha.
Tina gets 10 stars. Not only was she great at putting me at ease, she didn’t even have to use the numbing gel that I always make Ally use before she even starts.
So for those that are apprehensive about the dentist, Ally and Tina are the best hygienists I have ever had.
The dentists are great as well. I love MD Joseph.

Staff are kind and accommodating. They all know their clients dos and don’ts. I can be a difficult person to please especially at the dentist. They all make my appointments special. I Leave there wondering why I hate going to the dentist.
I always get a feeling of family when I am there and when they call me the feeling is there.
I can write forever and never cover what I feel of this place. We’ve (family of four) have been coming for more than 20 years. Very grateful that they are my dentist office.
