Dr. Joseph is the best to ever do it in my opinion. As a healthcare worker who works hand and hand with physicians, I can tell you guys she’s meticulous about her work. Honest and also wants you to be happy/healthy!

I’ll also add how awesome the hygienist and dental assistants are as well. Personable and knowledgeable across the board. They reconstructed my smile and I couldn’t be happier!

A week after the new smile, I had an incident where one impression fell out. This was the first time in my life where I felt as if the new teeth looked worse than the old. Sent a text, got me in the next day and now I can make my friends wedding on Saturday!

First exam here. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The facility was brand new and high tech. However I was most impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of our dentist, wish I could remember her name. We will definitely be back!

Two years ago, our faithful dentist retired (Dr. Lam & Dr. Morris). My family and I have been going to them since 2004, and they were fantastic with exceptional quality of work. I always felt safe, never no discomfort.

I tried to give the new dentist practice a chance, but it was different. The family vibe and quality of service could be better.

My friend referred me to her dentist's office (Delta Bay Dental). They knew my previous dentist and spoke highly of them. I instantly felt at home.

Delta Bay Dental is a Great office located in Brentwood, CA. This is a great place to go to have your teeth taken care of. The front desk staff, dental assistant, and my new dentist team were very professional, examining and providing solutions by priority. I immediately felt at home and thought I was in good hands.

My two sons recently had appointments together with them. But my older son told me about his sore throat symptoms about 2 hours prior to his appointment. Just for the safety and health of the clinic staff, I tested him for COVID. He turned out to be positive. I called the clinic right away and informed them about the test result. The receptionist, Margaret, did not give a word of caring or comfort. She coldly told me with her robot-like voice that they will kindly only charge one cancellation fee instead of two due to short notice. Will not return to them anymore. Don't want to deal with cold hearted people.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joseph for almost a year now. She shepherded me through the oral surgery to get bone implants since my aged jaw, which had used bridges since the 5th grade for 4 missing front teeth, had lost bone structure. After the bone implants she made a temporary bridge while my jaw healed. After a few months when the jaw healed, she took the measurements for the permanent implants and off to the dental lab they went. The implants came back and after wearing the device, it needed some adjustments so back to the lab it went. Now it’s back, it is in and I’m very happy with the result; I have two implants supporting 4 front teeth.
Dr. Joseph and her assistants are accomplished professionals. She did what she said, she was very empathetic. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

What kind of business would recommend a patient to come in even if they may have COVID?? And if they don't come in, they will charge you $50...

This is what happened to me. We called the dental office the morning of my afternoon appointment to tell them I was too sick to come in. They said a missed appointment fee of $50 would be charged. When we questioned the charge, they said everyone wears masks except during the exam and the cleaning so it's ok to still come in to avoid the charge. We were floored! We told them that we would not risk infecting their staff and other patients even if we had to pay.

How irresponsible and unethical that a business would put money over patient and staff health.

They still charged me the fee (which I paid) however I am no longer a client and the people that referred me are also changing dentists, as well. They figured if they told 1 sick person to come in, they tell everyone the same.

By the way, I did end up testing positive for COVID. Thank goodness I did not listen to their advice and had the ability to pay the fee.

I am so happy I found this Dental office! So clean and modern, everyone is so nice and kind! The Dentist explained many options for my current issues that I am having made me feel at ease and comfortable! Thank you

Dr. Tane Rontal is excellent and personable. Definitely my families first choice for our dental needs. We have been patients of Dr. Rontal for over 15 years and even though we moved over 2 hours away 3 years ago we continue to make the drive to see her and her hygienist's. Ally has been my hygienist for about 10 years. All the staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly. Delta Bay Dental is in a new state of the art office that is over the top Beautiful!

To start off I’m normally not a person that enjoys going to the dentist, past experiences at other dentistry’s have not been the best. But today at Delta bay dental with Dr. Tane was one of my best experiences ever. The amount of care I received while in the chair was extraordinary, they made sure I was comfortable and the work they did exceeded all my expectations. I can not thank her and her staff enough for what they did. My outlook on dentist visits has since changed and I want to thank her and her staff for going above and beyond and always taking care of the client first. 10/10 in my book, and for anyone that’s looking for a place to go that actually listens and is extremely well trained in there profession, look no further. This is where I will be going from here on out and will refer all my friends and family to do the same!

From the Front desk staff to the clinical team, they are all super friendly, nice, welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. The facility is impeccably clean! Would highly recommend!
