I'm a huge fan of Gary Johnson's office! They have a friendly, professional staff, and are amazing with children and adults alike. I recently went in for my first cleaning/exam since we moved to Chico, and I took all three of my kids there as well (ages 8, 6 and 4). It was a positive experience for all of us. My youngest son surprised us with a couple cavities that needed to be filled. I was a bit apprehensive about how he would do during this procedure at such a young age. Dr. Johnson and his staff were unbelievable - they explained each tool and what it would do in such a way that it instantly put my son at ease. He didn't cry or display any feelings of anxiety at any point during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson's office to anyone...especially if you like warm cookies while you wait. ;-)

Dr Johnson and his entire staff are great. They squeezed me in for a quick exam of my damaged crown but I felt very comfortable and cared for. Dr. Johnson is very reasonable in his advice and does not replace things unless truly needed. And when a crown is needed, he can do it in one appointment!
