I just had a awesome cleaning completed by Chez the oral hygienist. Very knowledgeable and educating young lady and very personable. Meg in the front office was thorough and handles everything great. I recommend NVD.

Experienced my first appointment for an exam, X-rays, and cleaning. Dentist Hanefield and his co-workers were very professional. My search for a new dentist is over. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, my last few appointments were so disappointing in the professionalism of the office manager. Unauthorized charges to my credit card account of which I never even provided you with the information for, but she went online and looked it up and billed my card for the entire amount prior to my first appt for the work being done.

I was billed for a canceled appointment because I tested positive for covid and was required to pay it prior to my next appt.

When I informed the office manager that this was against the policy of the credit card company, she became very aggressive and informed me that was the office policy, whether it was legal or not. And from now on any more office visit would require me to come down and pay in advance because I questioned her so my 6 month same as cash is now 5 months because she billed my card prior to the work even being started.

Canceling and changing my appointments without any notification whatsoever and when I called to ask why, she said she didn't do it and it had been done by someone else in the office. When I did go in for my schedule that was changed by your office on the day of the appt, I had to wait for more than 30 mins while other patients were taken in.

My final appt which was made 2 months prior to get my teeth cleaned which is typically done by the hygienist but instead done by one of your rotating dentist that proceeded to hurt me so bad that I almost jumped out of the chair when ask to stop he continued on.

So now I have to wait another 6 months to get my teeth cleaned properly as that is what my insurance will pay for.

I understand dealing with the public can be difficult, but I was a long-time patient who had no problem in the past with the prior office. I would be glad to come in and have a meeting with the office manager and her boss so this situation can be resolved and that no other patients are dealt with in the manner.

They both Ashley and Dr. H exceeded my expectations. I had a deep cleaning and everyone mentioned how painful it could be. Was really pleased with how gentle both were and they had great personalities. Highly recommend them.

Exceptional service all around! Entire staff attentive to my needs! I am a new patient and they treated me as if I've been a patient for years! Efficient, knowledgeable, gentle and most of all caring! Highly recommend!

Dr. Azouz was amazing and a particular perfectionist when it comes to his dental work , that is what I truly want in a dentist !

Dr. Hanefield and his assistant, Tally, provided professional and gentle dental care while extracting a problematic tooth for me.
All the staff are outstanding. I was treated well and am glad I found an experienced and competent dentist.

Awesome experience everyone was very nice and caring, doctors were always checking to make sure no pain was felt and always informed me of the next procedure. I have been to a lot of dentists in my life, and I have to say this is by far the best place i have been to. Very highly recommended, you won't be disappointed
