Serenity Dental has a very friendly staff and the office is super clean, and Dr Azouz is absolutely wonderful!! He is passionate about Sleep Apnea which is one of the main reasons I picked them. His knowledge is vast and he explains everything to you personally. He strives to help you be in your best health, not just with your teeth. This is, hand down, the best dental practice in the area. You cannot go wrong!

Helpful and friendly staff, however I was very disappointed with the quality of work performed, it was very primitive and poor quality. Dr. Shah kodai didn't do the filling himself, but asked his dental assistant to do it, first time ever for me to have a dental assistant do the filling! It's well known that before a filling is done a thorough cleaning of the area is necessary, she didn't use any drill to clean the area, only used a hand pick, little longer than a tooth pick to lightly clean by hand and then fill, I would probably have cleaned it better..
I have a very good plan and was told, when checked in, that the copay was $0, however I was charged $70 copay for a very poor quality of work. Their execute was that my insurance doesn't cover that particular kind of filling, I don't care what type of filling is used, why didn't they use the filling that my insurance covers or at least let me Know beforehand?
Will never go back there again. For me it was a total waste of time and money, I got appointment with another dental office to have it completely redone.

I have been a customer of this office for several years and always pleased but my recent experience and review is specifically for the dental hygienist Nicole. I have been routinely going to the dentist for cleaning 3x a year for over 10yrs and Nicole is far and beyond the best hygienist I’ve come across. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her!
