I was asked if I wanted to have extra work done because they had an opening and I agreed but once it got time to get my work done I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time in a room without ever seeing the dentist so if you have a schedule around your appointment I suggest canceling. Terrible service

My original dentist wasn’t open on the weekend and I was suffering from a bad tooth ache. Decide to go here for help and to get further clarification on what maybe wrong. The dentist I saw was unable to figure it out and suggested for me to come back Monday when “another dentist would be in to further help me” and wrote me a prescription for pain medication. When I attempted to make an appointment for Monday, I was told to come Tuesday. I explained the severity of the pain and what the dentist already told me to do. I was then told “Call us Monday or whatever, we can just get you in. If we miss the call we will call back...but yeah just do that instead”. It was extremely unprofessional and never once did I receive a follow up on the situation as well. I ended up going back to my original dentist; however, the experience here was overall not pleasant and unprofessional.

Fantastic work the staff from the office to the chair! I am petrified of needles but in a pinch doc was able to make quick compromises and managed to get all of the much needed work done quickly and efficiently. I have always been too afraid to go to the dentist but they took me when in when I had an emergency and I look forward to my next check ups.

Outstanding staff of individuals beyond measure! Cannot begin to say enough about the expertise and handling of Dr. Parks, and the impeccable service provided by each individual on staff. One on one service from reception, to appointment scheduling and reminders, to billing schedule and planning. The dental hygienist provided the best health care cleaning I believe I have ever received. Ever! My first appointment was a root canal that lasted one hour, without any discomfort or pain during or after. Outstanding! Vivian and Rosie provided a listening ear resulting in solutions to my circumstances so that I might receive the dental care I so desperately needed. Recommendation? Absolutely! You will not be disappointed! The best dental health care I have received in a very long time!

I have only had very positive experiences at Alluvial Dental. The receptionist Vivian is very friendly and helpful. And all the dental work I've had done (cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc.) has been comfortable and painless. Dr. Park is the best dentist I've ever had and he can do whatever is needed. I would highly recommend Alluvial Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
