Terrible customer service! Yvonne answered the phone and I explained my situation and what was needed and she was so rude and money driven in her conversation. I had a filling break, and asked to be seen and she said we would have to book an appointment for you to be seen and then you would have to come back on another day for a filling. I have never in my life encountered a dentist that would not treat the same day for a filling that cracked. I will never give them my money and I will tell everyone I know that this place is terrible and has terrible customer service!

Unprofessional, inconsiderate of apt times, disorganized secretaries, unconfident dentists. Was recommended by a friend to trust this center for lower wisdom teeth removal, huge mistake. Arrived 20 minutes early for first apt to fill out papers and was still seen 15 minutes late. Took extra imaging than needed and charged me for it out of pocket. When dentist came back told me to go to oral surgeon bc of wisdom teeth need. Secretary took excessive time to find appropriate forms and had terrible bedside manner...even wrote my birthday incorrectly on my forms. No accountability, waste of time and resources. Oh and to top it off, the secretary has the nerve to try to sell me a same day teeth cleaning when I'm urgently rushing to go to a competent oral surgeon to help with the only reason I came in, lower wisdom teeth removal (after literally just stating I just had my teeth cleaned and x-rays less than 2 months ago...) Again, all about making a profit, not the patient's needs. Go elsewhere to find a capable professionals that will help you...not here

I hate the dentist because of all the discomfort and occasional picks and needles that come with it. Despite that, the amazing staff at Alluvial Dental Center always make my experience a pleasant one. I've been here several times over the last two years, but I will still never get over their amazing customer service. I came in for a cleaning, and then they said "oh you have a cavity, we can take care of that now". I was done with my cleaning and cavity filling all within an hour. I wish everyone had dentists and dental hygienists that cared as much as the ones here.

I went to this dental office for a dental implant 4 years ago. I paid for it up front, and my insurance was billed as well. The dentist, Andy Park, kept making excuses as to why he could not complete the process. Meanwhile, he found many other things he could do running up thousands of dollars in bills all of which I paid. Four years later, I still have no implant. This was obviously a bait and switch scam. I have filed a complaint with the dental board. Do not get involved with this office. They will only attempt to take as much money as they can get away with and have no regard for your actual dental needs.

This is the BEST place to come to get your teeth fixed and taken care of. Dr. John and his staff are wonderful. I have bad anxiety and a fear about going to the dentist and they were so nice to me. They talk to you very calmly and try their best to make sure you are relaxed before they start. I felt very safe there and trusted them completely. The receptionist in the front are also very kind and helpful especially Gilbert. Everyone there works together to help make your time go smoothly.
