Called and specifically told the receptionist what type of procedure I needed... her only concern was if I had insurance. Could not spell my name and said she would call back but did not. I show up for the appointment and clearly no one knew why I was there and was told they could not perform the procedure I requested. Drove all the way there for nothing but they were ready to charge my insurance. It seems their only concern is insurance and not a patient's needs.

I was referred to Alluvial by my boss, I had chipped my tooth by chewing unpopped popcorn kernels like a dummy.
After a routine cleaning and x rays I had to schedule a return visit to address the issue.
I did not feel a thing. Dentist and team had their process down and I quickly relaxed. Nothing more reassuring than professionalism. Now that my numbness has gone I feel the smoothness of their work. Very happy. 😁

I was charged for service that I didn't receive. When I tried to explain to Dr Park he was very rude. I was supposed to have extractions and dentures. I tried many times to make appointments,but couldn't. I had to wear a partial for nine months with a hole and wire scrapingmy cheek. I finally went to another dentist after 6months and had the work done after another abscess. They refused to refund the 150.00 charge.

My husband had a dental emergency on a Saturday, and Alluvial Dental were not only open but the staff were also amazing and helpful! Pricing is extremely reasonable! My husband walked in with extreme pain and they were able to help him so quickly! Highly recommend!!!
