I've recently switched my family's dental care over to Dr. Kim, and after extensive research of available dentists in the High Desert, I have to say I'm sold!! Dr. Kim was extremely thorough and very informative during my exam. I was happy to learn they use newer technology for their x-ray process compared to my previous dental group (gentle dental).
Comparison is night and day. The clinic staff was very friendly and we're not pushing to up-sell additional treatment (or products) as my previous provider.
The cleaning process was smooth and informative. I look forward to visiting again for my six month check-up in 2015. Keep up the great work Desert Dentist!

Staff is always so friendly and nice and the dentists are very gentle and take good care of their Patients. I always have to bring my kids in with me and they are very understanding, nice and helpful to keep them intertained while I have work done. I definitely recommend this Dentist office to anyone.

I always appreciate how kind and attentive the Dentists, their dental assistants, and the office staff are towards my needs. They provide clear and concise information; everyone I have dealt with here has been very personable and I haven't ever felt rushed or that I my care wasn't a priority.
It is hard to find a good dentist, and much harder to find a dental office where everyone communicates in such a way that exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this office and can honestly say that while I don't always look forward to visiting the dentist, I don't dread going to this dental office.

My experience at this office actually wasn't bad. I went in when my crown popped off of my root canal, and they did the exam. The tech who helped me was amazing, I wish I knew her name because I was really upset when I found out they were going to have to replace the crown and charge me almost $1500 for it when I just paid almost double that for it the last time at a different place. She was incredibly kind, and so personal. The dentist who checked the tooth was nice, and she had the dental assistant explain what was going on instead of doing it herself. I didn't see a problem with that until I went to another dentist for a second opinion this week. I'm glad I did. The difference is the next dentist was the one who was kind, and caring. He explained to me what the issue was. Instead of passing it off to the assistant saying "There is a cavity, we have to fix it and this is what you have to pay for us to fix it" The other dentist went into detail about what the issue was, how big the cavity was and better options to fix it. I ended up paying $125 for better service than the $1500 I was going to have to pay. So, I'm not saying this place is bad. I'm just saying, make sure you get a second opinion. Also, it's three stars because the lady at the desk told me she would fax my X-rays and then a week later I called and they said there is a $25 charge.. fine, but don't just not send the fax.. tell me about the fee up front.

I love them! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr Eugenie really cares about her patients and goes out of her way to make sure you are completely satisfied. Im glad i found this place, you are in good hands..not to mention the beautiful staff.

Well I went to the dentist office to have my wisdom tooth removed an two filling. I suffer from anxiety but the staff are super friendly, Amber and Stephanie are really sweet helpful and polite. All in all my first visit to the dentist in 14 years. Had a good visit, and they took my insurance. Had everything done that day.

I took my 4 year old son here for his Kindergarten check up. He was nervous since it was his first time to a dentist but the staff were great with him. He said they made him feel better. The only down side was that I was not allowed back to the room with him. I had to wait in the waiting room. With him being so young and his first time at a dentist I really wished I could have gone to the room with him. :/

Best dentist! I mixed up my 3 yr old appointment and they called to see if I was able to make it! It was awesome that I was still able to come in. Very caring and gentle with my 3 yr old. I’ll be being my 6 yr old son. Way better experience compare to Bright Now Dental in Hesperia who scared my son. Thank you Desert Dental!
