I had an appt here today and my experience was so great. They have an AWESOME team here, front office & back. My filling came out beautiful. I am so thankful to have a dental office to come to that is so friendly & does an absolutely amazing job. Thank you Desert Dentist ♡

Review on 9/15/2016 I love this dental office! the hygienist there is wonderful! The doctor and the assistant did amazing with my 5 year old. We have been going here for the past few years as a family of 4 and every time it is an easy day for us. All the staff is so friendly and they work great with my children. Thank you Desert Dentist!

Love this place!!! The doctors, hygienist and staff are awesome. I Absolutely have nothing negative to say. They have been very accommodating to my husbands phobia to dentistry. Have gone, I would say above and beyond my expectations. Have never had them push us to have any unnecessary procedures. Would definitely recommend them for all your dentistry needs.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I needed new dentures. They got me right in and started the process. I had a BEAUTFUL new set of teeth within 4 weeks. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes (in the waiting room) for each of my appointments. A GREAT dentist!

It was my first time there and everyone was wonderful. I did feel uncomfortable with the gentleman at receptionist. I felt him to be annoyed.

I have had very bad experiences with previous dentists so I'm not a fan of having to go at all. In fact I have extreme anxiety about it, almost like ptsd from bad dentists. From them rudely judging me because I let my teeth get bad or for not being able to afford their treatment plan, to dentists that were just flat out rude and sexist.
I did not experience any of these at Desert Dentist. From the moment i spoke on the phone with them my dental anxiety began to ease up. The receptionist who made my appointment (cannot remember her name) was the sweetest receptionist I had ever spoken to.
Then I went into my appointment. There was a bit of a wait but I believe their whole computer system was malfunctioning so it wasn't totally their fault. The nurse who did my x-rays was very nice and gentle.
At my old dentist this treatment was normal. The receptionist and the nurses were lovely and gentle but in the end it was the dentist that killed my visits. That was not the case this time.
Dr. Scott walked in the room, introduced himself and shook my hand. He didn't rush me, listened thoroughly to what i said about my pain and what was going on before he looked at my teeth. He examined each tooth carefully and was very gentle. Afterwards he sat down and made eye contact with me as he explained everything to me in detail. He went over all of my options, not just the ones he recommended. He wasn't loud or judgmental or rude, but very professional, calm and respectful. He didn't try to pressure me into any big immediate treatment plans. I was very pleased with how this visit went. Dr. Scott is everything that a dentist should be. I actually have almost no anxiety about going back and getting the work done that i need. This will be my preferred dentist for as long as i live in the HD. I will be bringing my daughter her for her teeth and i highly recommend them to anyone else, especially if they're like me and tired of being treated poorly at Western Dental. And they accept medi-cal.

I been there three times and every time I go there is a different dr working on you or what needs to be done. The staff is friendly but each time it’s different work done and options told because different dr I guess but didn’t like that. I feel like an experiment to each doctor and they each do something different to your mouth which just messes up your teeth they need to have a main dr so all work is done right

Staff is friendly at the location however, my issue is with their integrity. I was overcharged for treatment as I have a Dental Plan with great coverage and as soon as I realized I was overcharged I called and let them know. They told me the charges were correct and that I actually received a "discounted" price. I called my insurance and they told me I was overcharged and was due a refund.. I have been dealing with this for more than 6 months. My insurance company has called multiple times and I have called multiple times but we're given excuses as to why it hasn't been resolved. The care I received (cleanings and preventative treatments) were good but I will not be utilizing this dentist for myself or my family any longer as I cannot trust them.

I take my children here, we previously went to an all children's dentistry office and had a pretty awful experience with both the dentist and his staff. This place, however I cannot say enough good things about! Such patient and caring people and Dr. Kim is such a sweet woman. We live in Apple Valley and don't mind driving out to the Hesperia office because the people there are just so kind.

I had been looking for a dentist for sometime now, then a friend suggested I try Desert Dentist, well I dragged my feet for a little while longer because I had not been to see a dentist in a very long time and I was a bit nervous, but I made the call. Well I'm happy I did. My visit was really comforting, the staff made me feel like family and that sent the nervous tension out the door. Dr. Dae Won Lee DDS was great and so were his assistants Stephanie and Mayra who also explained to me my paper work. I also want to thank my friend Eva Marquez! THANK YOU!
