I had been to several dentist before finding Desert Dentist in the High Desert of Hesperia California. I lived in Portland Oregon where I seen 3 different dentist who all gave me I had 3 different prognosis & all 3 were very expensive.
While I was visiting my Bestie in Hesperia she told me about her dentist, Desert Dentist. I decided why not, I knew I needed a possible root canal because this was the one diagnosis all the other dentist had in common. My daughter who is a dental assistant said it didn't look like a root canal was evident told me to ask Desert Dentist to try & save me from having the procedure. My dentist was so kind & worked extra hard & put in the extra time needed to save me from having a root canal.
I was so delighted with the work they did for me at Desert Dentist I decided to return once again, this time from my new home town of Davis California, a 7 hour drive. I have just moved there & the dentist are great, but the cost is more than this widow on SSI could afford, you see I can not afford insurance & I'm not old enough for Medi-Care. At Desert Dentist I have a friend & a family member so I qualify for their Friends & Family discount, this helps me out tremendously.
I TRUST the dentist at Desert Dentist & will continue to use them until I can locate a dentist that I can afford & trust locally. They whole staff is absolutely wonderful & so very kind and I can gurantee you will enjoy your experience at Desert Dentist as much as I have. They truly treat their patents like family.

In a word, horrible. My wife and I enrolled in the AARP/Delta Dental DeltaCare ® USA plan and selected this dental office as our care giver. Everything was fine with getting appointments and getting x-rays and an oral exam. When we asked about the cleaning that we had already paid for in our plan, we were told we had to follow their treatment plan and we could not just get the prophy that had already been paid for. Several attempts to get this capitation program to cough up with cleanings came to no avail. Avoid these money grubbers like the plague. I can't tell you how good they are as dentists because they refused to provide our pre-paid services.

I called to let the receptionist know I was going to be a few minutes late and she replied saying the doctors was running late as well and said no I can’t come in. I was a bit confused because then they would have me waiting anyways. It sounded like they just wanted to go home early.
