The staff is great, and awesome the best I have ever had period! They took there time with me and made sure I understood everything. They also worked with me on what I really wanted and what was best for fixing my teeth. The Dr. was so awesome and I really recommend him to everyone in the high desert he is super understanding and chill and really took the time to make me confident and sure of what was my best and most important options was so that I could get the best results.

I am happy and grateful to have found such a great office in the High Desert. Doctors and staff are very friendly, informational, honest and professional. Equipment is high-tech (really puts you at ease). They have great, flexible pay options & will discuss it all in detail with you. Super happy to be a patient here!

Lovely dental staff, however the front desk staff is what really made me deter from the facility. Not only did they schedule me for different times than what was agreed on, but front desk staff just seemed very unprofessional and unorganized. A lot of “running behind”, which from other reviews seems to be a theme. Dentist and dental assistants were kind and caring. As a first time patient, my experience wasn’t the greatest. Hopefully, it’ll be better for others.

The one star is a lie. It's the only way to give a review. This place was very unprofessional. The girl at the front desk was especially rude and loud. The office was dirty with holes in the drywall. Aside from these facts, they were honestly going to try and charge over $800 to remove a tooth (with insurance). This place is a hard NO for me. Do Better.

Very upset with this facility. First off they are always behind. I’ve waited 30 minutes to be seen. Got to the back and waited another 20 to 30 minutes. Only for them to tell me there was an issue with my insurance. That should have been checked at the start. Waste of time. Secondly I recently went for a cleaning after I just had a crown procedure. They wanted to sell me the laser treatment $300. I said I couldn’t pay at the moment. They tried to get me on a payment plan. With holidays near I declined. They told me they wouldn’t clean my teeth and sent me home. Once again a waste of time. Seriously how can you deny a patient for teeth cleaning? Ready to try a new facility. By the way they were behind again. Stop overbooking if you can’t handle the load.

I have been going to Desert Valley Dental Group for a few months now. Rachel has been wonderful to work with and shows true care and concern for her patients.
And the staff is very friendly and always happy and very nice and welcoming.

Professional and friendly staff that respects their clients. Appointments are complete in reasonable time. Pricing is affordable with financing options. Office is always clean and well kept.

Im currently pregnant & everyone was so attentive and cautious. From the front desk ladies to the X-ray technician & at the end My hygienist Juan was awesome as well! I had a great experience.

my mother was recommended to this dentist by a friend and she had a really great experience here. She has been to many different dentist including some in Los Angeles and this place did a much better job. Also everyone at this place is very helpful and kind, especially chanell, who really helped my mom with everything from the beginning to end. I definitely recommend this place.

Professional and very polite staff. Dentist was very concerned that I was not in pain during my procedure! I highly recommend this office!
