This 2 stars is for the front office, when it comes to helping and asking them questions they respond to you in an unprofessional manner. They need to work on their customer service skills. Making patients feel comfortable should be a key goal as a medical professional.

When I arrived here I was in a terrible condition my tooth ache was so severe that it started to affect the outside (my face was swollen). With the patience, compassion they provided for me I was at ease. I highly recommend this place to everyone it's organized, clean, the people are amazing, I felt very welcomed.

Dr. Tran is great. I am the type of person who asks lots of questions and wants to understand what is being done and to minimize x-ray exposure. The office has been respectful of my decisions and explained options to me thoroughly. I hope to transfer my son to this office soon. Dr. Tran has great chair-side manner and has employed competent friendly and professional staff members.
The appointments seem to take slightly longer in this office than past dental experiences, but that is because staff and dentist take time to make sure they get the job done well and patient has a good experience.

They were able to schedule an evening appointment for me which I liked so I could come home and go to bed after treatement. They are very professional and are good at explaining procedures before, during and after treatment. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgable. The location and parking was convenient, very happy overall.

The entire front desk is rude. When you call to reschedule they make no point in pulling up your record, therefore are clueless to whether or not you are a new patient, or have been here for a year already. They approved a date and time that was in reality unavailable, and made us wait an hour!!! even after the mistakes were made on their part.

I had a check up after my braces were off and I had a appointment and they took a whole hour to get to me and then I payed 150 for them just to tell me to wear my retainers more I was in there for only 5 mins for me to pay 150. Still made me wait another hours turns out they forgot about me.

Be prepared to wait for almost 2 hours until you get called. Oh, and be prepared to see other people that arrived for the same thing (Ortho) to go first than you. They keep the TV with the sound on full blast so you can't even hear when they call you. I don't even write reviews but this place literally drove me to write one. Today they misspelled my name so they were calling the wrong name the whole time. If I didn't get up to say something to the receptionist I honestly feel I would've woken up in the place

Went and got braces. Was nervous at first but a man named brandon assured me everything was ok and not going to be bad. It helped a lot. God bless him.
