If I could give them no stars I would I’m on auto pay and they always hunting my daughter she’s behind in payments every time and I always have to be on the phone with them for 20 minutes so they could fix the situation makes me upset….

From the moment I walked in the secretaries or assistants where really professional, helpful and understanding. One of the secretaries was really helpful and making sure I was understanding procedures. She’s really cute. My dental hygienist Victor he's a cool dude. Made me feel comfortable during my cleaning and gave me a lot of knowledge. My dentist was Dr. Muller another person that came in and made me feel comfortable. He explained to me everything he was going to do and why he needed to do it. During my procedure, he made sure I was doing ok. Overall my visit here was fantastic. I recommend people to come here.

For years,I have not been able to find the right dental office till now! Huntington Park Dental has been compassionate to mine and my children’s oral needs. One of the receptionist Zulmy, is wonderful!!! She has worked with me as far as my payments and also recommended what she thought would be the best route for my needs. I would definitely recommend others to come to Huntington Park Dental!

MARISELA!!! Since my first visit here she has always been helpful, friendly, and she’s quick. The whole staff in ortho makes me feel comfortable and not iffy at all. I was scared of the dentist but coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The place is very nice and friendly, They can accommodate your needs if needed (like change a date of your appointment if something comes up). Pedro is very helpful, and super nice.

At first, this office seemed great. Although front desk was not very courteous. However, after a few visits, I noticed that I am having more issues with my teeth than I did before, and that is when I had 4-year gaps between my dental visits and no issues whatsoever. For example, after my first clean up, a crack on a tooth got so scratched so much that now it is browning. I have had that for years, and it had not given me trouble until now. And then, not to forget, I had unauthorized charges on my Wells Fargo account back when this office had credit with them. The reason why I didn't fight it was because those charges were done for dental work on my parents, but I would just get charged- no prior notice or asking for permission- and they would charge the full cost to avoid paying "too much" for their fees. Other examples are getting scheduled appointments without making them in the first place or still getting notified of them after canceling them. And that is just on my part. My parents have had more dental work done in this office for issues they never saw before and their insurance allowances were run dry in just a few visits.
This dental office just seems to want to get the most money out of people and give you more dental issues so you keep coming back. Don't waste your time or money here.
