Dental Healing offers the most comprehensive, astute, excellent, caring, safe, and healthy services I have experienced. The staff cares, the doctors are not like normal dentists they are artists.

Dr. Yokoyama is a total gem among dentist and Doctors! He had come very highly recommended and he was more caring, considerate, and easy to work with than I anticipated, even with the recommendation. I don't know about the everyone else but the very idea of going to a dentist is very frightening to me, because of previous experiences. Well I am here to say that Dr. Yokoyama is a totally different kind of dentist who is clearly following a more heart-lead conscious path of a HOLISTIC HEALER than any other dentist or Dr. than I have ever worked with. Trust me, I NEVER would have thought to call any dentist or Dr. a healer before I met Dr. Yokoyama. My prayers were answered when I walked into his office, truly. I am extraordinarily sensitive and he did his very best to put me at ease, get to know me and my challenges in life and with my dental health. I have never seen such conscientiousness demonstrated with such compassion and dedication to doing the work I needed done. All I can say is thank goodness that Dr. Yokoyama decided to pursue a higher standard than the usual training that most dentist are satisfied with. Dr Yokoyama brings hope, a can-do approach, a healers hand and most importantly, a conscience to the medical and dental field, which I dare say sorely needs it, but not in his office, which is beautiful. If you want a different experience from a dentist that actually has your health as his first and top priority, Dr. Yokoyama is your man.

Dr. Yokoyama is an amazing holistic dentist; his family run-office has been taking care of my teeth for about 15 years, since 2004. I researched to find a dentist who had a holistic approach and didn't use amalgam fillings. Since I found Dr. Yokoyama I've referred several friends to the office; all say he's the best dentist they've ever had! I feel very fortunate to have worked with him all this time and have such good care.

State of the art dental care with the nicest staff! My Dr. recommended Dental Healing, after my former dentist of 10 years said that a red sore in my mouth was "normal". It wasn't! Turns out that I had an infection that my other dentist couldn't detect with their outdated technology. Highly recommend 100%!

I actually feel good coming to my dental appointments rather than dreading them as I have in the past. Dr Yokoyama, Janet my hygienist, and the entire dental assisting and office staff unfailingly provide the most positive experience one could hope for in a dentist's office.

If a procedure is unavoidably difficult, Dr Yokoyama goes the extra mile to make you as comfortable as possible. He has a wonderful, caring bedside manner and is technically superb.

Janet never gives up, no matter what one's age, at instilling better technique for home care and improving your long-term oral health outcome. I finally "get it" when I really didn't grasp what other hygienists were trying to show me, because Janet is a great teacher.

I value Dr Yokoyama's holistic approach and the extent of eco-consciousness he demonstrates in every aspect of materials used, haz-mat disposal, and care of the office. And he’s got a great team.

As a recovering "dental chicken," I am slowly making progress visiting the wonderful Dr. Yokoyama and his staff, who always put me at ease. Not only is Dr. Yokoyama kind and gentle in his demeanor, but he is extremely "present," listening to my fears and considerations, while, of course, delivering expert dental care. It is easy to see why so many people trust this gentle soul and why so many of us will drive many miles in rush hour traffic to see him, trusting him implicitly. In addition, ALL of his colleagues I've dealt with (for cleanings or assisting in dental procedures) and front desk staff have been stellar. I will continue to visit Dr. Yokoyama for as long as he practices. I recommend him and his lovely staff members to anyone who is seeking true holistic dentistry--which entails not only having a green office (using ozonated water, laser drill, safe amalgam removal) but also exuding a caring, calming energy with those of us who are scaredy cats! Before I met Dr. Yokoyama, I went to the same dentist for more than 30 years. I left when I became concerned about my fillings and wanted them replaced. Dr. Yokoyama removed and replaced the amalgam fillings, and I have been very happy with the results. Since then, he and his staff have helped me take better care of my teeth. I'm proud of how far I have come.

I have been having some severe health problems and my old leaky amalgam fillings are a contributing factor. I researched online for a dental office that was SMART certified to remove amalgams safely and found Dental Healing. This review is based on my initial consultation with Dr. Yokoyama's office. The entire team at Dental Healing were exceptional. I knew this experience was going to be top notch based on my first phone calls with Kayla at their office to gather information and set up my appointment. During those initial phone calls, everything was explained to me in detail, including costs, info about different procedures, and general info about their practice. This 5 star treatment continued during my appointment, where the Doctors (I had two at my appointment, as well as a handful of assistants) took lots of time explaining their assessment of my oral health to me in detail, answered all my questions, and provided me with options on how to move forward with my treatment. I couldn't have been more pleased with everyone and everything about Dental Healing. I look forward to regaining my health with the help of the staff at Dental Healing.

I'm so pleased that I found the office of Dental Healing and their dentists. They're kind and gentle and don't make decisions to do work unless it really has to be done. I'd recommend the dental group in a heartbeat!

Dr Yokoyama is the best dentist available in LA. With a state of art brand new office, low radiation ex rays and the full panorama ex ray camera for a full picture of your mouth and teeth. I chose him as he does the zirconium implants and I had two implant done with him. I have all resin removed from several teeth and did had ceramic on lay done. These teeth are now strong and saved and no root canals. Not many dentists use ultra-pure ozone water in their treatments but Dr Y does.
