Crystal Dental has been my dentist office since I've lived in L.A. I'm happy I chose this place the doc is great and I'm just so comfortable there which is important to me because I have had the same dentist my whole life and after he passed bless his soul, his son took over. This is a great dentist office I can't express that enough or thank him for the great work repairing my chipped tooth!

I have been meaning to write a review for Crystal Dental. First off, there appointments are a month and a half apart. If you miss an appointment another month and a half out.! Then if you have approvals thru Medi-cal insurance. They can expire and you have to start all over again. Which is 6 weeks out plus another month and half to get another appointment. All I received from them was X-rays and half a teeth cleaning & temporary fillings after months off waiting and this was before pandemic. They referred me out to Western Dental in Cudahy to get a Root Canals done cause they don't do them. That was a nightmare, I only got half the procedure done. Crystal Dental rents out there office to another company once a week. Didn't know that, went in to check on my approvals and it was different company.! The front office people are rude No Customer Service Skills. I would Never go back there or refer anybody to go.! After pandemic, I still needed work done cause they closed all the Dentist due to COVID which is understandable, so I would have to start the process all over.! So, I went to another Dentist Office.! In less than 3 months I got X- Rays, Teeth Cleaning, 3 Cavities and 3 Root Canals done..!! I didn't need that much work before but since Crystal Dental didn't do much, my situation got worse. So moral of the story go somewhere else.!!!!!

Thanks to Dr Alex and his staff I actually don't mind going to the dentist! In fact, I drive all the way from Santa Monica because he is the only dentist I'm comfortable with. I admit I always ask SO many questions and Dr Alex is so knowledgeable and patient with me. I've had to get two crowns and a deep cleaning at his office and let me tell you...no pain or discomfort, hallelujah! 100% Dr Alex deserves his 5 stars, trust me and go see him!
