Dr.Capio is the best dentist ever. MY FAVORITE. I have been going to many dentists, always terrified and stressed out after the procedure, even for simple cleaning; however, this by far is the place.
First, front desk, Evelynd is friendly woman, and petiently explain thoroughly about the payment and procedure. She knows her stuffs. Easy to talk to , just the best.
Second, all the dentist assistants are so friendly there. Especially, Sonia which was there for all my procedures. What a sweet lady, blown away with her character, very gentle and attentive and do such a great job, knowledable about what the doctor want, patient and such a team spirit. She gave me her food when i didn't eat anything before my med. (No other dentists place would care if i have eaten or not, and most assistant are just doing their job, nothing more)
Third, Dr.capio my dentist always making sure that I'm comfortable during the procedure and not forcing anything if i am in pain. He knows his stuffs and master of his craft. He explain patiently, he understands that dentist never a fun place to be, but he is able to treat his patient with dignity and respectfull of my feeling and make sure that I am ok each step of the way. Never make sarcastic remark when I am in pain. (you'd be surprised I had a dentist who told me to be quite and smacked my check around when I whined that it hurt..yes no joke, very unprofessional) but Dr.capio is friendly, with great manner and clean looking professional, and he just shows he cares that customer first. He also can relate and make small conversation , He takes his time making sure the whole experience is pleasant, and very little pain for my 2 implants procedure, Thats a plus to me and thats all I care.
Last, place is clean with Tv to distract me during the procedure. Bathroom is wonderful with mouthwash handy, too. Bathroom is important to see how clean the rest of the place , I had other dentists I had to go out using public bathroom, disgusting.
If i can go on and on, I would. I never hug my dentist after the procedure, but with Dr. Capio, i did and i will be going there for a long time. I think i found my place, other dentists places i went there once and never returned again because they don't know what overall customer service is all about like Dr. Capio.
From the bottom of my heart thank you everyone there, super satisfied , everyone should go there, after many places, this is my stop😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

First time going to this office after being recommended to Dr Capio by a friend I found Dr Capio very caring very knowledgeable and patient He spent a lot of time explaining to me the dental treatment I need. His staff is friendly and helpful.

Just moved here and was looking for a doctor in the area. He's very nice and professional and seems to genuinely care about my overall oral health and establishing a good patient relationship moving forward. I came in for several visits: for a cleaning and to get a crown after having an emergency root canal elsewhere. The whole procedure wend smoothly and quickly- staff were also very helpful and accommodating when I had to change dates. He's open on Saturdays which is always a big plus!

My family and I have been see Dr. Capio for the last 4 years. We are thrilled to see that he has established his practice in the Marina! I am not the best patient for dentist as the whole process makes me uncomfortable but see Dr. Capio has taken care of this problem completely.
