they try to up-sell you on "emergency" procedures you do not need and that are not covered by insurance. 3 times it has been something totally different. if i really needed it i assume they would not forget about it and move onto some other fake calamity.

No answer to the 5 times I called their listed number. All 5 times I got a recording stating that they were closed and to please call back during office hours. I called on a Wednesday--between 9am and 1020am. The first time I called, I assumed it was "too early" and maybe they were busy because they had just opened, but after 10am, I just figured they didn't care enough to answer their phone.
