Went here on 11-29-22. They were prompt and on time. Had cleaning and check up. Need to have some dental work and they thoroughly explained what needed to be done.

I would rate 4.5 stars. I looove Dr Joo. I am terrified of the dentist and she made me feel super comfortable and I felt confident in her feedback. The only reason for not rating 5 stars is the wait time from appointment arrival to the times it takes to seeing the dentist to having to wait more time in the chair. Overall, I highly recommend especially if you have an HMO, because it’s nearly impossible to find great dental care like I’ve received at this place.

Had to have a procedure I was not aware of, which cost me extra monies, I had not counted on paying. It seems recently every time I come to the dentist office I have to pay extra monies. The tone of voice I was spoken to by the office manager was demanding almost threatening. I did not appreciate her demeanor toward me. It calmed down when I threatened to see another dentist. The Hygienist was courteous and understanding.

Stereotypical scamming dental office. Wife went in as new patient for checkup+cleaning, all they did was checkup, no basic cleaning as they "didn't have time" and presented a giant itemized "treatment" plan for future visits.
Parking a nightmare, and I guess there is a parking lot you can pay money even w/validation, all just to visit here and get scammed.

Overall, I've had a mostly pleasant and proficient experience at this office. Staff and Hygienists are friendly and mostly competent. On my first visit, I did have to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen, and Dr. Laska proceeded to take a phone call on his cell phone in the middle of my consult. That was not a great introduction to this office. Since then, Ive been back multiple times for cleanings and had a cavity filled. I recently was told I need a root canal and crown, and worked with the treatment plan coordinator to discuss the procedure. I've had to call the office multiple times to ask about submitting to my insurance, and didn't get a call back when requested. I just wish the staff would be a bit more attentive and patient focused, but overall, this is good dental office.

My husband and I have been patients here the last 3 years and it has always been a pleasant experience! All of the staff have been very kind and have taken good care of us so far. They have also been transparent with pricing and I never feel pressured or upsold on procedures.
