Costumer service is terrible. We called several times to make an appointment and the lady who received the call her name is Tania was very hesitant, rude and talked terribly to my husband. It got me very upset to see that they hire people that does not have the ability to treat patients the right way when there are so many people looking for a job. LA needs better service, better people, better hires specially when we are talking about medical services.

Dr Huang is just incredibly talented, nice, cool, and the whole experience there couldn't have been more smooth (such a great office/the interior design vibe like no other dentist, those that work their great, and the exterior setting they have their office at, the Westin Bonaventure complex, beautiful, even with complimentary Valet parking)!
