The reception lady called 30min before the appointment to inform that they don't accept the insurance I have which they checked/approved a month ago when I made the appointment. They should have checked correctly when I gave my insurance information and it is very unprofessional to call 30min before the visit which ended up wasting my whole month.

I called in to speak with Mr. Huang since I needed a root canal done and multiple crowns done. Vanessa the receptionist wouldn't let me speak with him even though it was an urgent matter and said that I needed to pay $100 consultation upfront in cash. How outrageous! I told my new dentist about the scenario and he was shocked!

The location is the best but most important was the care of Dr Huang and the staff. The fact that is open late on some days was a big plus. I went in for a cleaning and would defiantly be coming back.

Dr. Huang is amazing--I have terrible teeth and have seen many dentists and Dr. Huang is one of the best. I HATE going to the dentist and Dr. Huang makes it the least painful that it could possibly be.
