I have always found Dr. Bruce and her staff to be warm, competent and professional. Dr. Bruce greets every patient with a smile and is careful to alleviate the typical fears that patients may have regarding dental work. She is clear and concise when explaining procedures and her office manager is always helpful in addressing patient inquiries.

Dr. Bruce is very knowledgeable and professional. Treat you with care like family. She has been my family's trusted dentist for many years because she is proficient and when you are in the chair, she takes her time with you and you are her focus! You never feel rushed. Staff are great and helpful as well!

Visiting the Dentist is not a favorite activity for me. I am the one who will miss appointments and not see the Dentist for years. Since being referred to “The Smiling Dentist “, Dr Bruce and her awesome team has made my dental visits worth the discomfort of dental work. I have kept all of my appointments for the last three years, except when I was sick and had to visit my sick mother, and even then I rescheduled those appointments. Dr Bruce and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a spirit of caring and familiarity that is not forced, and is so natural that one feels ‘right at home’. Dr Bruce explains all dental work that needs to be done, then you have choices and options before she proceeds. Her staff is professional and friendly. By God’s grace, I’m never going to change my dental services from the team of “The Smiling Dentist “. If you ever need great dental services, then make an appointment with ‘the smiling Dentist’. They will make you smile all the way to your dental appointment and back home.

Dr. Bruce had the day off on the day of my appointment. However, her staff was so professional and pleasant, from the receptionist to Dontay the technician who did my X-rays and cleaned my teeth. It’s wonderful when an office has great staff!

I just love this dental office. I am mad that I never knew about them before. Everyone is very professional and so warming. I picked this office because it was black owned and it was by far the best decision. I hated the dentist, I always have but coming here as changed my perspective and makes me really want to have better dental hygiene. They are very patient with me, answer all of my questions and make my appointments as painless as possible. I am no longer scared of the dentist and I am happy to say I have finally found a permanent dental office.

GREAT client service with friendly staff, easy parking. C-19 protocols are followed. I'm going to continue with Dr. Bruce because of her knowledge and chair-side manner. Answers all questions, waits a beat to make sure you have an understanding of the procedures or referrals she's making. I don't always like the dentist, but it's like Allstate here... you're in good hands.
