My aunt was going to Dr. Bruce's office.
Dr. Bruce uses her dental hygienist Sonia to lie about the need of having a deep cleaning when you only need a regular cleaning. While she lies about the deep cleaning she explains that you need a laser treatment so that they will charge you more out of pocket. Since she had to pay out of pocket she decided not to get it. She later when to another dentist which said she didn't need a deep cleaning nor a laser treatment just a regular cleaning. Dr. Bruce lies about treatments and uses her staff to lie for her about treatments.

As always, Dr. Bruce is absolutely awesome. She knows my dentist jitters, and puts up with me. 😀 Hate to see the Dental Hygienist leave. He was great!!

Ive been a customer of Dr Bruces since 2011.
Dr Bruce and her staff make dentistry as pleasant an experience as you can have considering no one enjoys the procedures. I have had several crowns made and placed here and the work is top notch.
This office has invested in high tech equipment and they have a Cerac crown making machine and 3d scanning system they use so they can create crown out of high tech ceramic on site and rarely need to make an actual physical mold anymore.
They have been upfront and straightforward with me every visit.
The only issues I have are with my own dental insurance seemingly randomly covering this or that, but the office has always been very straightforward.
The whole office is caring good people that I wholly recommend.

Dr. Monica Bruce was very gentle and explained everything that I needed very well. She even was saying on what she was doing during the procedure step by step. The hygienist was very good as well. Even tho my bottom left jaw area didnt want to act right during the exrays😂😂😂 lol other than that,the whole experience was a delite. Will be going back for all the work Dr. Bruce will have to do!! The whole entire office was great!! Very nice young professional people that work they and very neat and organize and clean.
