GREAT STAFF OFF ENTRY OF BUILDING!!!🤗🤗🤗 Entire experience was best ever, and trust I've had my share of Horrible Dentist Visits. But This Washington Dental Was A blessing I had Along time ago. Doctor Was awesome in every way and Made Sure I Was Comfortable every step of procedure. I walked out of Offices Feeling greater than Ever before. Couldn't have chosen a different Dentist office. First of all, scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The staff who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and they worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule. When I arrived at the office, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long at all before being called back. Martha, the dental hygienist, was simply incredible. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. Her attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling like my teeth had never been cleaner.
The rest of the staff at Washington Dental Group was equally impressive. They were all professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a positive experience. The dentist who saw me was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Overall, I would highly recommend Washington Dental Group to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients. The staff was exceptional, the office was clean and comfortable, and Martha the dental hygienist was an absolute standout. They have the most amazing customer service. The front desk staff, Anabelle, Esmeralda, Beatriz and Ana are always so friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. They will answer any questions you have, this whole place will treat you like family☺️ I’m so glad to have chosen this location for all my dental needs, all my experiences have been great

This office is phenomenal!! I can't express the hospitality this office has. Ana and emeralda were so helpful. Dr. WaS very thorough and explained everything in detail. I no longer have anxiety about coming to the dentist

New to the area and looking for a new dentist. The office is nice and Ana front desk was very helpfull over the phone and in person. Good thing my teeth are not that bad that i dont need much but great experience over all.

I do not recommend.I came for emergency to get my wisdom tooth extracted. I have Medical and was told I need to pay 800 and that medical wouldn’t cover it. I went to a different location on La brea and completely free. Medical covers tooth extraction. They lie and said they check just to get people to pay.
