I went there to get my partial. It has never been a decent fit, I can't eat with it and it's just ALL WRONG. They have taken more impressions and sent them back to Buche (I think that's the name) in Hawthorne who made them. Now I'm getting the runaround and I'm angry. I was told that BUCHE would call me directly for an appt to make sure I get a partial that is RIGHT... but I never got the call. I called the dentist back and they said they would have Buche call me yesterday... NO CALL!
I paid for this so I could eat and smile... simple enough.
I gave a good review on Yelp. If they don't follow through to get me a correctly fitting, usable partial, I will give them THIS UPDATED review over there.

All employees are very polite and friendly very helpful ... Marlene is the best ever very helpful... and Lizeth and Catherine are very professional with their work... I would recommend this place to family and friends
