Completely UNPROFESSIONAL !!! They just cancelled my appointment 5 hours before my appointment !!!! The front desk receptionist claimed that due to Covid 19 that the doctors were limited and were ONLY available MONDAYS .... today is Monday and they CANCELLED my appointment due to an “emergency with the doctor” ....After just having a root canal performed and having my appointment set up for A WEEK !!! The doctors told me that I need to be careful with eating and avoid that side of my mouth and now they just inconvenience me for a full week and delay my process of getting my tooth healthy !! DO NOT GO HERE ! the lady promised that they would have ale care of me but this is unacceptable !
