I am very impressed! Very nice staff. Very fast service. Very clean location. Very, very, gentle too! Everyone from the receptionist to the dental staff and Dr. B were very friendly and nice! (I was expecting to deal with some place like "W. D." across the bridge where you wait for hours in the wait room, and in the chair, and will get rescheduled after all that time.)

I came to Dr. B from river valley dental. I was treated like a human being and not like a pocket book. She did not request all the unnecessary items River valley dental wanted to perform. I loved the experience and will continue to come here for as long as she’s running!

Unwelcoming Dentist. Unhappy receptionist. The RDA however was amazing! She made the realization that I wasn’t scheduled properly and was able to switch up her prep so that we were addressing why I was there. My son who is 6 had to tag along as school and daycare were closed, he stayed busy and so well mannered. When the dentist came in he said hello and she dismissed him…weird. She reviewed my X-ray and 2 minutes later determined she couldn’t (wouldn’t) help me. I was there for a cavity that had broken and had scheduled myself here so I didn’t have to go back to Western Dental. I understand insurance may not cover certain procedures twice which is fine. However after running a dental office and working with Denti-cal Insurance, this was something that could have been treated wherever. My insurance pays for any/all medically necessary procedures. Her suggestion, pay out pocket or go back to the office that caused it. She wrote me off and while able to, she had no desire to help me.

B street dental is awesome. I've never had an amazing experience going to the dentist until now. The whole staff was very considerate, the receptionist, the assistant and the dentist. Right now I have state insurance medi-cal and in my past experiences I have not been given the best service cause of it, but B street dental treated me with so much respect and kindness I can not thank them enough. I highly recomend B Street Dental to everyone. I've already convinced my boyfriend to go there. Thank you B Street Dental your customer for life.

I'm SO excited to have found Dr. B and her fantastic staff! I am exceptionally picky about dentists, as I require all of my Dr's to be kind, respectful, professional, honest and intelligent; Dr B is all of those things and more! Do to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel at the last minute and reschedule my very first appointment. Tori at the front desk was extremely understanding and helpful. She was able to get me an appointment just a few days later, I was quite grateful.
Upon my first visit, I found the office to be clean and professional and all of the staff the same. Karissa was my dental assistant and she was very patient and friendly during the X ray process.
Dr. B has outstanding bedside manner and is such a pleasant and kind woman. She also is knowledgable and honest, very important qualities to me. I highly recommend B Street Dental!

I've only had my introductory visit and cleaning, but I am already very impressed with the kindness and professional courtesy of all the folks at B Street Dental. The front desk person was bright and personable and made a great introduction to the facility. The tech who took my x-rays was super sweet and constantly made sure the apparatus didn't hurt me. Dr. B herself was fantastic. I don't generally have anxiety during procedures, but I still thought it was really nice that she softly hummed a song during the examination. I see from the other reviews that this is her usual MO. Funny how such small acts of humanity can transform an experience that may have otherwise been stressful. Dr. B is also extremely thorough and seems to have had my best interest at heart from the very first moment. My visit was fantastic. I was worried about finding a nice dentist after my previous guy retired, but now I'm sure that my dental health is in good hands. Thank you, B St. Dental!

This is a wonderful dental office! It was super simple to make an appointment. They scheduled us for just a few days after I called. All the new patient paperwork can filled out online, prior to your appointment. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. We had a problem that required a referral. The dentist answered all my questions and explained all my options, and the specifics of each one. My daughter is special needs, and has a lot of anxiety. They were all very good with her. It was a very pleasant experience!

The service was good I just wanted my teeth cleaned. The problems came when they billed me. I had insurance through my job. the office decided not to bill my insurance until 7months after my appointment. By that time my job changed insurance companies. Instead of contacting me and any of my contacts listen in my chart, the bill was sent to collections. I had no knowledge of this until it had already hit my credit.
