Liz at the front desk is so friendly and great at her job. She is very pleasant to work with and clear in ensuring you understand the insurance and care. Manager Sam is excellent and friendly, they work great together. Dr. Ash and Dr. Jannita are also friendly and great with what they do. They take time to care to get to know your concerns and helps relate what needs to be done, how it will be done, and why, very thorough. I appreciate the attention to detail I've received here and also the attention to any possible pain, checking in with how I'm doing. I've never had fillings done so quickly and painlessly before.
I'm looking at getting Invisalign as well and so far I am having a great experience with booking appointments as needed and getting the detailed care.
They will not try and up sell for work you don't need as I've experienced at another dentist in L.A, the team is very good at what they do, and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice. Plenty of parking....facility is clean and up to standards with Covid19 pandemic regulation....highly recommended...5 stars from me...

First visit today & I loved it (Maybe love is not the right word, after all who loves going to the dentist). When I arrived I filled out the necessary paperwork, the wait was under 5 min, which is really quick considering how busy they were. The doctor and staff were wonderful and answered all my questions.
Now that I see the review below I will have to give their teeth whiting a try at my next appt in 6 months!
Badlands Patrol
Called To make an appointment for the 3rd time now and they are always booked at-least a week to two weeks in advance even if you have a emergency. The lady in the front answered me a little rudely stating " Well I don't know what to tell you" when I told her I need a appointment within the week. I don't feel like she cared at all. The doctor is very good but I wish there was more time for people who needed to see him urgently. I told the lady I would have to find a new dentist and she blew me off. I am sorry to say I have to part with this dentist.

Our family had always had a great relationship with Dr. Robbins so it was a great disappointment to learn he was retiring. However, Dr. Joe has done a superb job of replacing Dr. Robbins.. And it isn't just Dr. Joe; the entire office staff is always friendly and attentive. We've never had a bad experience going back to when he was located on Whittier blvd, 20 years ago.

I'm the 1 who never goes cause I'm petrified of the dentist! HOWEVER... After going and needing a ever so badly root canal, Dr. Joe was awesome, he calmed me, talked me through it all ( and the tears )! I actually want to go back so they can help me with my teeth.

I truly love this office, and I'm petrified of the Dentist !! However, I've visited this place twice now and both times I've had a different dentist.. Both of my experiences have been amazing, I highly recommend this Dental Office .. You'll be in great hands !!
