not a good experience. charged a lot. told me i had 1 cavity and 5 teeth that could become cavities in the future. ran up a bill for 6 total cavities while telling me i had 1. did not feel comfortable here at all. i've been to dentists I've liked, wish i hadn't tried this one.

I love everyone here. I generally dislike “the dentists”. As a result, I haven’t been in a long time. After my first visit, I have a plan and am moving forward. The staff has been so kind & “Dr M”, so kind, thoughtful & respectful. Without judgement, was clear about next steps & I am excited for my new journey.

I came to see Danny for my teeth cleaning. He is the best hygienist. He is a very caring and loving human being. He is the best employee in this dental clinic. In the way he treat customers. Who come to this dental clinic. For him that is the reason i give 5 starts to this Pacific Dental Group. As he is the only best employee in this dental clinic. I wish there would more human beings like him. And we would have better customer service in all companies.

I've been coming here for the past year and I've always had a great experience. The dentist here is so friendly and he always makes sure I'm not uncomfortable. The girls at the front desk are always so polite and courteous as well. They always call, mail, and text to remind me of my dental appointments which is very nice.

By far the best dental experience in a long time! From Anna's professional and friendly demeanor to Danny's wonderful and gentle approach to care. Lana was so compassionate and friendly and knowledgeable then I met Dr. Julius and she really blew me away with her attention to detail. She listened to my questions and concerns and put me at ease and honestly really cares! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

This business has some of the worst customer service. My wife and I decided to try this place based on the decent reviews online and because this dentist was included in our insurance plan.

The first issue we encountered was when we scheduled an appointment. We discovered that same family members cannot schedule an appointment on the same day, period. Imagine being a parent who needs to come back on two separate days - once for the child, once for themselves. What a terrible business policy.

Another issue is their terrible wait times. In my wife's case, she was at the office for over an hour and half after her scheduled appointment time for an simple x-ray and checkup. Despite arriving early to fill out paperwork, she had to be there over an hour for a common and simple procedure.

The business could not accommodate my wife for a teeth cleaning on the same day so my wife took my appointment time which was the very next day. When I called to reschedule my appointment, the first available appointment was 17 days out. I was only going in for x-rays and a check-up and I still have to wait 17 days. Seriously? With the earliest appointment being 2-3 weeks out, one would think this business is open on the weekends. Nope. Closed Sunday and only open half-day (until 1PM) on Saturday.

When my wife went in for her cleaning the next day, she had to wait again. After waiting almost an hour without being seen, she left without the cleaning. What's the point of scheduling an appointment time if patients can't be seen within thirty minutes of the appointment? Are all customers supposed to set aside 2+ hours for even simple procedure?

From scheduling to the wait times to their office policies, it's clear this business does not value their customers. Nor does this business seem to have their patient's best interest at heart. Needless to say, my wife and I are no longer a customer of Pacific Dental Group. I encourage all of you reading this review to avoid this place at all costs.

I've been going here for years and the staff has always been really friendly, helpful and patient! The front staff is very nice, the assisting staff and Danny are awesome and Dr. Julius is amazing! 100% CARING dental services. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I recently started going here and let me tell you it’s one of the best dentist I’ve been too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. So far my treatment has been good and I haven’t had any complaints. The receptionist Lupe is very friendly and welcoming.Not once have any of the staff been rude. I wouldn’t be recommending anyone here if it wasn’t a good dentist. But my experience here has been amazing.

I am thrilled to have found such a great dentist in Los Angeles. Several people at my work use this dental practice and highly recommended it. When I relocated here a few months ago I knew that I would be needing a crown on one of my lower back teeth and I was putting it off because that part of the jaw is so sensitive. Dr. Garcia was amazing and had such a precise and gentle touch that I hardly notice I was getting a shot. I love the friendly staff and feel safe and welcome each time I visit. The free teeth whitening club is a great client goodwill gift and I'm proudly showing off my pearly white chompers!

Let me just say Dr. Julius is one of the best dentist around considering I'm a coward when it comes to seeing the dentist she makes you so comfortable and actually listens to you and your concerns she genuinely makes your smile a priority the staff is great they are so welcoming! My whole family has officially been transferred over as of today! Thanku Pacific!
