Orange Gentle Dentist

I am so grateful to everyone who works here for helping me overcome some major fears I had about going to the dentist. It had been many years and I knew I had to get work done. I was actually going to the Auto parts next door and I got a strong feeling that this was the place. I’m glad I trusted my intuition. The name Gentle is a perfect fit for how they operate. The first time I walked in to request an appointment Cecilia made it so easy. She asked for my insurance card and ran it made an appointment and the rest is history. I also really appreciate Noemy who is patient, thoughtful, and really good at making sure all the details are covered. Both ladies are so kind and I feel very much at ease in their presence. The Dental assistants like Monica are experienced and have a positive attitude. She knows how to calm the nerves by speaking sincerely and truthfully. Dr, Li is by far the best Dentist I have ever experienced. She is so quick, before you know it everything is done. She truly is an artist with a combination of dexterity and finesse. She embodies the Gentle name in her actions, and she genuinely cares for her patients. I was finally able to lay to rest fears around going to the dentist with this place. I have a new confidence about life and I feel like a new person. I actually look forward to going now and taking responsibility for my oral health.

I have the worst experience from this clinic. I went there just for cleaning but they filled all my teeth. It’s been more than a year I am visiting them for the same problem. Every time I visit, they make excuses. I am suffering of their mistreatment yet. If you love yourself, this place is not for you.

I went to her 3 years ago and all the teeth she worked on still hurt. For the first year I couldn't even eat bananas because my back teeth were so sensitive. I get food stuck between my teeth now almost every day which never happened before. She was very nice however that doesn't compensate for my new life altering difficulties. I went to another dentist who recommended I try sensidine and said i need to go back to her so she can fix her work. I went back to her several times in the beginning and when she couldn't fix what she had done she began suggesting I go to see someone about a root canal. It's been a few years so maybe she has more experience now or something but I wish I never would have allowed her to work on my teeth. I'll probably need to have most of them removed eventually because of the work she did. The worst part is my teeth were fine before, she suggested I remove metal fillings on all eight of my back teeth upper and lower and now my mouth has been having life altering problems ever since. Sorry to leave this review on such a nice person but competence is really important in dentistry which I have learned the hard way.

I will not be coming back to this office. The nurse Noemi is a rude confrontational person. She lacks professionalism in this field. She insisted I disclose medical information in front of three patents. I asked to speak with my Dentist and she refused to let me speak to my Dentist until she knew why. She is extremely rude and I saw her have an altercation with another patient in front of other patients and it was very harsh and loud. She is a downgrade to this dentistry. I have been going here for over 4 years and really enjoy the staff and the environment setting. The doctors are very kind and respectful. However, Noemi needs to be held accountable for her actions.

I had a great experience in Dr. Alissa dental office. She welcomed me and my family with a great attitude. Dr. Alissa is very professional on what she is doing. She is very honest and her advice is very valuable and worthy. The staff is very welcoming and nice with patients. Also, Their scheduling and following up system is very consistent and organized. I strongly recommend you to consider Dr. Alissa as your dentist if you are looking for great treatments.

Today was our first time at this office. It had been recommended by a close friend. I wasn't loving our last place and I was looking for a change. I took my three kids in for their check ups and I am so glad we came here. My kids were nervous and scared. So it made me nervous and I tried to calm them down. A Dentist appointment always gives them jitters but the team here was so incredible. Luz and Karen gave them a huge welcome, they were so sweet and helpful. Mary and Manica took such great care for them as they went through with the check up. They kept them calm and made them feel safe. They would explain everything that was to be done before they began and they joked with them. I had my check up done as well and still they made the process great and I appreciate the the good experience.

I hadn't been on a dentist office for quite a while and my teeth were bothering me, so I looked around online and decided to give this location a try since it was close to my home. I am definitely glad I did.

They took x-rays and photos to see what was wrong and explain their findings to me very well. They gave me a course of action to take and answered all other questions I had. Although, I don't have insurance they were able to work with me to find a reasonable price for these procedures.

After I had my first procedure done, they called me up to check I didn't have any complications/pains, etc. Overall, they are a very friendly and welcoming staff, and would highly recommend it. Thanks Orange Gentle Dentist.

Luz Hernandez and the overall Orange Gentle Staff are extremely helpful and caring. This dentist is kid friendly as I have been bringing my 6 yr old for the last 3 years. They helped her overcome her fear and made her feel at ease. Orange Gentle Dentist has become our family dentistry and strongly recommend their business.

Exelent service, i have all my teeth filled in here, they care if i feel pain. The staff are realy nice and funny. Im coming back to get my bridge done

I went there for fillings and cleaning. The staff was very welcoming the entire time. I could tell that Dr. Aleissa is a very professional dentist. I don't like going to dentists but this was the first time I didn't feel the distress I usually get when I am at that chair. Dr. Aleissa is very kind and passionate about what she does and more importantly she does it right! After the session, the staff took good care of me until I left. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Aleissa.
