A friend of mine referred me to Orange Gentle so I decided to check out their company website, I requested an appointment online. They were very responsive, they called and scheduled an appointment for me. It was a great experience Dr. Aleissa was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. Their staff was extremely friendly as well. The office is very clean and high-tech. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a very horrible experience with Dr Dina Aleissa, I went to her for an annual dental exam in June 2020, she suggested two crowns on my right upper molar teeth, one molar tooth was completely normal with a very minor scar on it, she suggested crown for it and charged 700$ as a copay. since then she put the crown, My right upper molar tooth become highly sensitive and painful, she asked me to visit her office 3 times, she was unable to fix it. I strongly doubt her competency, now she told me that it will require a root canal and asked me to go to some other doctor as she can't do a root canal, she is a rookie doctor and incompetent, I highly advise not to visit her, I am very unhappy with her treatment. I used to go to another dentist in Tustin for years never ever faced such kind of issue.

I couldn't be more happy with finding this dentist office. I found them of course on yelp and made my husband a appointment because of the reviews. He went to the appointment and he really liked the service they provide. The staff is nice the receptionist is sweet and caring. Since we liked it so much I decided to make my daughter who is five a appointment. I take her to a pediatrician and she has a cavity that needed to be treated but her pediatrician wouldn't allow parents in the room during the procedure. Which I do not like at all. So we decided not to get her work done threw our pediatrician. I took my daughter here for her work on her cavity the dr was supper nice she informed me she doesn't have nitro gas only numbing and local anesthetic. But the best part was I was able to be with my daughter and comfort her. Which I didn't need to she did so good and the dr was amazing with talking to my daughter in such a kind and gentle way. I would highly recommend her for your children's dentist appointments I will be bringing my other children here in the future for visits and check ups.

After several previous visits, I recently added a root canal to my list of procedures. With that old sarcastic comparison "....and it's about as much fun as a root canal!" echoing in my head, I nervously eased into the chair. Aside from the usual initial discomfort from the numbing needles, the experience was much better than I had feared. Again, the assistants and the office staff are excellent. You'll feel welcome and well cared for.

The staff is caring, they make you feel very comfortable the minute you step into the office and throughout the dental procedure. Dr. Aleisa's office is awesome, her staff is very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with their high-tech x-ray equipment that made the experience WAAAAY more comfortable than your typical dental x-ray procedure.
This Dental office is the best I've ever experienced. The Dentists Dr. Aleissa and her staff are wonderful, sweet, caring, proactive, honest, gentle. The dental assistants Mary is wonderful. They have flexible hours and Luz the receptionist will always make you a prioritized estimate (in works with your insurance) so you always know what the "plan" is....no surprises. I can only hope my insurance remains the same so I don't have to go anywhere else.
