I first experienced Dr Jones when taking my 2 year old in to see him after hours for an emergency. I can not express enough how amazing he was with her! She still is talking about him to this day and pretends to have tooth pain so she can go see him again.

I made an appointment with him shortly after and I'm so glad i did. Dr Jones is honest, kind and extremely knowledgeable. His dental hygienist performed a pleasant and thorough cleaning. Im very please with Dr Jones and his staff.

Did a great job on deep cleaning today. Pleasant and professsional staff with a very well done office environment.

I have had great experiences with the staff and I feel they do a hood job of monitoring my oral hygiene. In fact my family just move to Villa Park and they now also use Orange Grove.

Its been a a while since I've visited Dr. Jones office but he has been our family dentist since we moved to Villa Park in 1996! (There are NINE of us.) Even though my kids are grown now...some with kids of their own...they still sometimes make appointments with him when they are in town for a visit. That speaks volumes in my opinion. We're grateful for him and his practice.

I think that for many people, when it comes to things like car problems or healthcare problems, it's like trying to understand astrophysics or string theory. We really have no idea what the professional is doing, if they're messing up, and if they're even good at what they're doing. Most of the time we barely get an explanation. It really all comes down to your trust and comfort with who you're working with.

I've had some bad dentists in the past and never understood what they were doing; I just nodded and went along with it assuming they knew best. When I came in for a visit with Dr. Nishimura, he broke everything down for me regarding the condition of my teeth, what was done and why, as well as what my possible options are - the short term benefits/effects, long term, as well as approximate cost comparison. He also showed me all my xrays and explained what he saw so that I could see the issues as well. This way I could make the most informed decision about my own health.

Most people also get traumatized in dental offices because of rough handiwork; some people in the field tend to be pretty heavy-handed. Everyone at this office however, were very careful and the cleanings were very precise.

As expected of most dental offices, the office itself was kept very clean and tidy with nice paintings and music for good ambiance, a comfortable temperature, and comfortable seats. Coffee was also provided. Because the practice is a bit smaller, there is a lot more focus on individual experience (huge plus) and plenty of parking.

I have already made 3 visits (an initial w/ a root canal revision, a crown fitting, and the crown placement) and despite having some more problematic issues with my teeth, I would definitely feel comfortable recommending anyone to Dr. Nishimura and his staff. I walk out of the office every time with more peace of mind and my teeth feeling much better.

Myrna, Dr. Kyle, Jessica and Shannon were such a pleasure! I have never experienced such compassionate and thorough dentistry. I have some pre-existing health concerns that made getting work done near impossible in the past. Dr. Kyle has gone above and beyond to devise a plan for my safety, comfort, and prevention of future issues. I will be back!

Our entire family has been with Dr. Jones for decades. He is very skilled in his profession and keeps up with technological advances, but he is also a caring person. His staff is equally capable, gentle and kind. Every visit is a pleasure and we'll never go to anyone else!

I just went again and this is still the best dental office ever! They treat you like family and my cleaning was just as good again. Looking for a dentist, go here!

Great staff!! No pain on any of the shots. My teeth feel clean for months after the hygienist gets done with them. Jeff is the best dentist i have had.

Always professional and kind. Couldn’t be happier with the consistent service I receive. From the Front Desk Reception and Billing, to the Hygienist to the Dentist. They are all easy to talk to and have excellent patient service skills. Highly recommend!

Considerate care, professional staff. I started seeing Dr. Jones when I moved here in 2007 and never felt better cared for by a dental practice. This practice has the best care and follow-through that I've experienced since I started seeing dentists on my own in 1975! And there were many others.
