I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from. I’ve been going for ortho treatment for over a year and a half now and they’ve just put in new brackets today after extending my treatment a further 6 months OUT OF SCHEDULE. Every time I go, people walk out unhappy and even complain out loud in the waiting room, “This is a joke.”
Wait times after you check in (on time or early) are an hour+. They’ve improved by calling you into a room only to lead you there for another hour. I do give them props for this as I thought they were improving once they began this method, only to be disappointed in realizing I’m waiting the same amount of time, just in a different room. The front office staff is definitely friendly and I don’t think it’s their fault for these inconsistencies. The orthodontist is unprofessional and speaks to adults as if they were children.

Dr Winston and Dr Hwang have been my dentists for several years. Dr Winston did two outstanding dental implants for me on badly damaged teeth. He is well trained and a very skilled in implant dentistry. They also have the latest and greatest equipment for dental implants. I also love seeing Dr Hwang for my regular dental issues because is such a gentle and kind dentist and he knows what he is doing.
