Great Dentist. Awesome staff. Very helpful. Very accommodating and the best cleaning I have ever had.

Dr. Tahvildari and Annette always are very professional and do an excellent job with my teeth. Melinda is one of the friendliest and pleasant people I have ever dealt with in a dental office. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Just left my 1st visit at this office & thoroughly enjoyed each person that worked with me.
Due to going on Medicare I chose Dr Bita by reading the reviews. Everyone was accommodating & great. Felt very comfortable with my 6 month checkup & my teeth feel fabulous after my cleaning. I love supporting my local independent Drs. Very happy I found you guys!!

In the past I haven’t had the greatest dental experience. As you can imagine I was a bit skeptical going to a new dentist. However, I was very pleased and happy from my wonderful experience at Dr. Bita’s office. Dr. Bita turned out to be a very lovely doctor and woman. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the office which was professional, clean and soothing. Thanks again to Dr. Bita and staff!! I will definitely recommend your office to my family and friends.

I first went to Heavenly Smiles in March to have my teeth cleaned after moving to San Diego from a different state. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and the entire staff. They were incredibly friendly, very professional and honest. I knew before going in that I had a chipped tooth and needed a crown on one of my front teeth. Dr. Bita and her staff told me step by step what I needed to do and what they would need to do. I felt very confident and comfortable with what was needed to move forward. I went back for more procedures in April, May & June and after my procedures were complete, I was ecstatic with the results. My teeth looked very straight, white and natural. I have received several compliments on the results of my teeth after my visits to Heavenly Smiles.

I look forward to continuing my dental cleanings and / or procedures and positive rapport with Dr. Bita and her staff. I would highly recommend Heavenly Smiles to anyone from a stranger to colleagues and to friends and family.

There are no words to express how fortunate I am and how relieved I feel to have found Dr. Bita Tahvildar and her wonderful practice, Heavenly Smiles. Echoing the praise of other patients: Dr. Bita is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. She is brilliant, she is caring, and she treats each patient as the individual they are with their own specific dental situations and histories.

It is the first time in my life that I have been comfortable in a dental office.

Add to all this that the hygienist, all Staff, and Dr. Bita's Office Manager, Melinda, are OUTSTANDING at what they do. You will never find a more expertly managed office in any field.

Every person in her practice starting with Dr. Bita herself is dedicated to providing exemplary dental care and dental hygiene to patients.

I cannot praise the expert, and I mean EXPERT hygienist highly enough. Each person in Heavenly Smiles is very caring and kind with patients.

As a patient you are treated not only with expert skill and care, you are also treated with respect and warm regard.

This is a heartfelt phrase heard from Dr. Bita's patients: "I wish she had been my dentist my entire life." And word for word that's exactly what I said driving home after my first visit.

Giving 2 stars because the place is really nice and clean and the people are very nice.

I took my daughter in to see the dentist for a cavity I could see in a lower molar. The dentist looked at it and assured me it was a baby tooth and that if it wasn’t bothering my girl, they wouldn’t treat it because it would fall out anyways. I was pretty sure this was not a baby tooth but they insisted.

I had my husband take her for her next visit because I had to work. I asked him to have them check it again, and they told him the same thing and sent him on his way.

After that, she chipped a tooth so I took her in and asked them one more time about the molar and they insisted it was a baby tooth so I let it go. This dentist has been practicing for so many years, she is an expert so I just trusted the diagnosis.

Eventually, the tooth had not fallen out so I looked up a chart of the baby teeth and found I was right, this tooth is not a baby tooth, it’s one of the permanent molars that erupts after all 20 baby teeth and never falls out. So I took her to another dentist and they confirmed what I though, this tooth was never a baby tooth and the treatment for the situation could have been much easier had it been dealt with right away.

In my opinion, this should have never happened. This tooth was never a baby tooth and that should have been apparent from the get go since the tooth in that position in the mouth never falls out. But this is what we’ve had to deal with after asking for the tooth to be looked at several times and being told the wrong info each time.

Im sorry to have to leave this review. The office is nice and the people are, too. They were patient with my anxious daughter, very kind and nice. The office was very clean and the whole process to get in and see the dentist and make appts was easy. But this situation we experienced is concerning and I feel it’s important to share what happened. I should have listened to my gut and gone to another dentist right away, that’s on me, but this mistake should never have happened either way.

From the moment you walk in the door of Heavenly Smiles you know you’re in good hands. Dr. Bita and her top notch team provide amazing care, taking time to explain their process before getting to work on all your dental needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and proficient. And the office itself is clean and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their clients and want the best for them and their teeth! Melinda at the front desk is also amazingly helpful with explaining financial options, clearing up any insurance concerns, and providing any necessary referrals. Heavenly Smiles is highly recommended and I can safely say I found my dentist. They go above and beyond at this practice!

My first experience with Dr. Bita and her whole office staff was good, knowledgeable and thorough. She explained the problem I had, showed me X-rays, and described what needed to be done. She and her technician interacted well giving me a feeling of trust and confidence in their teamwork. The receptionist was just as professional and I could see all were enjoying their work together. I look forward to the continued professional and friendly service I received that first day.
