Like many other reviewers I've had some bad dental experiences over the years. Dr. Bita and her amazing staff calmed my fears at the first visit. Thank you Dr. Bita for your best dental practices, encouragement and reassurance. Thank you to Melinda and Annette - Dr. Bita's excellent support staff. I will be moving out of the area soon, but I will remain a patient always.

Dr. Bita and staff are very kind and professional. I had to get two crowns and was very nervous about getting this done. Dr. Bita made me feel comfortable during the process and even checked on me at home to make sure I was o.k. I am happy with the results and I would recommend her office.

Dr. Bita is amazing! Her knowledge and expertise saved me a lot of money when I saw her for a second opinion after my tooth broke off at the gum line. The first dentist said it needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon followed by the placement of a bridge. Dr. Bita’s exam showed the remaining tooth under the gum line was still strong and could be restored with a build-up, crown and splint (to the tooth behind it.) I’m grateful for the way Dr. Bita explained the procedure and for offering other options so I felt like I had a choice. Heavenly Smiles office staff, especially Melinda, are so friendly and welcoming. I’m going to this dentist from now on. With Dr. Bita, you get the best of professional treatment and compassionate care!

I have been putting off going to the dentist for years because of fear and anxiety due to previous bad experiences. If I would have known about the kind and amazing women of Heavenly Smiles, I wouldn’t have waited and maybe would have saved myself agony, stress and a ton of unnecessary expense by getting things taken care of sooner. But I’m taking care of things now and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience so far.
Everyone in that office has been patient, understanding, caring, informative, communicative, gentle and overall just wonderful. They are willing to work with you and go over everything so as to not overwhelm you. Melinda, the receptionist extraordinaire, has been so thorough and effective in helping me understand my treatment plan and what all of my options are. She has taken time to calm me down, let me know that I’m not alone in this experience, and has taken the fear out of the whole situation. I would highly recommend Heavenly Smiles dentist! Dr. Bita is an absolute life-saver! Her compassionate nature, exemplary skill and calming demeanor were a great help to my boyfriend when he had to have some complicated dental procedures. We are extremely grateful to have found Dr. Bita and could not be happier with her level of care and kindness. Melinda at the front desk is also very kind and helpful. We appreciated how they would follow up about how he was doing after his procedures, it showed a level of kindness that is not often seen in this industry. I would highly recommend this office! Dr. Talvidari and the entire team are professional and friendly. I have never had a negative experience. Their proactive treatment and communication is what separates them from the average doctor's office. I am more than willing to travel outside my neighborhood for such superior service. She's my dentist for life!

A friend recommended Dr. Bita Tahvildari and I'm so glad. When you walk in your are greeted by afriendly and wonderful staff members. The examination is extremely thorough and I really appreciate that Dr. Bita explains what dental work I need done so that I understand each step. She has a gentle touch and is concern that I'm comfortable throughout the procedure. The biggest surprise was that Dr. Bita called me the next day to check on how I was doing, which I've never experienced from the medical/dental professionals.

I was recommended to Dr. Bita Tahvildari by my Endodontist. I came to Heavenly Smiles with a complex dental case, with a previous dental procedure that was botched a couple years ago. Dr. Bita was helpful, insightful, and honest. She was in constant communication with my Endodontist and Periodontist. I was very comfortable during my procedures. The entire team from reception to the dental staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. I could feel that the entire team wanted to make sure that I was happy and taken care of. I'm glad i had the chance to come to this office, all of the staff are really nice. Dr. Bita knows how to explain the treatment plan and works with you if you don't have insurance. And also they're bilingual english/spanish which is amazing because i struggle a little bit with english medical terminology. I would totally recommend her. Plus she's very gentle in all of her treatments. I came to her because i was having pain on my wisdom tooth, and she took care of it, no pain at all.

I can’t say enough how much of an AMAZING experience I had at the dentist office. The staff is extremely professional and friendly! It’s definelty a family business and feels very warm and inviting unlike many other dentist office that feel cold and very sales-driven. I recommend you visit and give them a try! They also have the latest up-to-date tools like laser treatment to help prevent cross contamination. I LOVE this place!
