I rarely review anything on yelp but my visit with Dr. Tahvildari was excellent. And I really mean that. I am flat out scared to go to the dentist. I find the whole thing super nerve-wracking and I never quite trust what I am being told. Here, I felt comfortable and like they were going at my pace and when I told them something was uncomfortable they immediately stopped and adjusted. And I have super sensitive teeth so I know i'm not the calmest of patients! I felt respected, it was actually easy and they did a great job cleaning my teeth. The thing that mattered the most to me was the dentist took the time to review my x-rays with me and talk about what she found specifically. She didn't talk down to me or try to sell me on more services. It is just nice to finally have a dentist I don't secretly dread visiting. Five stars!

Dr. Bita (and her practice Heavenly Smiles) is by far the epitome of professionalism and quality patient care. Not only do I appreciate the lovely atmosphere of the clean and orderly office, but I appreciate the professionalism of Dr. Bita, the receptionist, and the rest of the Heavenly Smiles staff. I appreciate the doctor communicating with me and explaining my options for care. I greatly appreciate the ease of making appointments. I will definitely be supporting this family business. Last but not least, if you are like me and are those considering a clear alternative to metal braces; Dr. Bita does invisalign.

Use to go to this location before the book of business was bought. New dentist spent most of my first appointment talking about how bad the previous dentist was and how out of touch he was with current practices instead of simply explaining me what was needed. When she finally got to what was needed she refused to speak about alternative treatment options. She was unable to provide the option she did offer because her own equipment was broken. When it came time for the bill they demanded that I pay the entire amount up front and once they sent the information to my insurance and they got a check back from them would send me the difference for what was covered. I would rather let me teeth rot than go to her and her operation.

If you are worried about finding a new dentist, don’t look any further, Heavenly Smiles is the best group to go to. Everyone there knows what they are doing and talking about. I didn’t have the best teeth before I went here and now I see what it’s like to have healthy gums and a nice smile. They are amazing and i am happy that my my family trust them also.

Honestly I just picked this place because I had an emergency, they were close by at the time and they were able to squeeze me in. But my overall experience was so surprisingly positive that they’re my new go to. Which is saying something considering Poway is kind of a hike for me. The practice is modern and efficient and nicely decorated. Thay have all the latest gadgets. But mostly I keep coming back for Dr.Bita. I've never had such a thorough & personable dentist, who explained everything in detail. And she didn't push any unnecessary procedures or products, which was a breath of fresh air for sure. I highly recommend!
