I went to Dr. Nilges for an emergency issue and ended up finding my family’s dentist. He has done a fantastic job on my root canal and crown as well as took care of several cavities. This office is awesome. The most relaxing dental experience I've ever had. Everyone at the desk is super friendly and Dr. Nilges is a super cool. Everyone in this office is personal and they even remembered that I recently had a baby. I needed an appointment with an orthodontist and they scheduled and took care of all of it for me. If you're looking for quality dental care then this is definitely the place for you. Dr. Nilges is now my go to dentist.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Nilges for over a decade now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff. We have had all of our cleanings done here as well as the occasional filling or other procedure. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are up to date on technology and procedures. They are great about getting the billing done quickly and easily. They worked so hard to coordinate my daughter’s cleanings with her orthodontist. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

10 stars. Love love love Dr. Nilges. He is gentle and puts you at ease. Not only is he my dentist, but all 5 of my children. My daughter has had some bad experiences in the past with other dentists. She has been going to Dr. Nilges for years now and feels safe and relaxed. Even my 2 year old loves going to the dentist! Grateful for his care.

Our dentist of 35 years retired and we found ourselves looking for a new dentist. Dr. Nilges and his staff provide excellent dental care. He had to do a two step process for a porcelain crown and the temporary really looked like a work of art. Once the permanent was placed, it also was a perfect match. After both procedures I experienced no pain after the shots or the work. His dental work is very high quality. I am very satisfied with this office and would recommend it to anyone who is seeking quality dental work. It's very refreshing to find a dentist and office staff who provide such good care.

Dr Nilges office is amazing to say the least! His staff is always so welcoming & they make you feel so comfortable! I also have to add that they allow my 3 year old son to go to my dentist appointments with me & that Is great! Love this office & would highly recommend!

Dr. Nilges did an excellent job to restore my crown on my dental implant that had been broken for some time...his expertise- on this very specialized craft - was spot on and far superior to the crowns I had done by another dentist, that I will leave un-named. I spent several months going to appointments with other dentists, but none of them had sufficient tools and training to restore my implant. Dr. Nilges efficiency repaired my crown with such attention to detail that I was shocked to see how good my smile looked when he handed me the mirror when everything was done! He is a gifted artist in his profession and I have already recommended him to friends and family.

I have gone to Dr. Nilges for a couple years now and absolutely love him and his staff. He thinks outside the box and isn’t quick to do the most expensive fix. He saved a tooth a prior dentist wanted me to replace with an implant. He’s kind, gentle and a really good dentist. I highly recommend him.

I debated if if should write this post. However, I feel people need to know this information. I have been a resident in this area and I am well connected. I scheduled a new appointment for my oldest son and he missed it. Mr. Nilges proceeded to try to call me during my work hours to have a talk with me. I personally have not missed any of my appointments. We all know kids. They can be irresponsible at a times. But to drop me as a patient for this??? When he called me last, it came up as potential spam. I dropped the call for that reason. He then proceeded to text me an attacking text! This was completely unprofessional! Never in my life have I had a doctor, dentist, or any other professional conduct themselves in such a manner. The text was a complete joke. Your response was that it was not the whole story. Then tell the public your side…. Did you not send a very unprofessional text message to a patient?
